(Wilbur's pov)
Jack Manifold went home around five and Techno and Dad got home at six.
Around 6:30 dad called us down for dinner, now here I am, Tommy quietly sitting next to me, quickly taking bites of his dinner.
"How were your days?"Dad asks.
"Good."Tommy and Techno answer quickly.
"My day was okay."I answer, I decide to tell dad about what happened today later.
Once dinners over both Techno and Tommy head up to their rooms.
"Dad?"I ask once I'm sure Tommys upstairs and in his room.
"Yeah?"
"I..."I sigh, "I think it'd be best for Tommy if we sent him back."
(Tommy's pov)
"I..."I hear Wilbur sigh, "I think it'd be best for Tommy if we sent him back."
I freeze. Wilbur too?
"What?"I hear Phil ask.
"Dad...He doesn't like us."
"He'll warm..."Whatever Phil said next was drowned out by hands covering my ears.
I turn around to see Techno standing there.
When he uncovers my ears Wilbur and Phils were still talking, but this time quietly.
"Come on,"Techno says, grabbing my arm and pulling me back into the guest room."You need to stop doing that."
"I thought... I thought Wilbur liked me?"I say quietly, sitting on the guest room bed.
"He does, he never said that he didn't."Techno pauses for a few seconds."He wasn't wrong. It's impossible to tell if you want to leave or not.
"I..."
"If you feel uncomfortable here or really hate it here you can leave y'know."He continues.
"I don't want to leave."I say, involuntarily letting out a sob.
Techno wraps his arm around me.
"This is one of the best homes I've ever been in."I continue, still sobbing.
"Hey, hey...calm down. We're not gonna get rid of you."
Despite Techno's words I still don't trust them. I love it here I really do but...I'll fuck it up some way.
It's still just another foster home, I'll be back at the orphanage in a few weeks.
At this point, I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
I'm so used to calling Grayson my brother, and Julia my mom, and I don't want to stop calling them that...But I have to. I can't continue staying attached to the past.
Julia was close to adopting me before the accident, which only took like a year and a half.
Would Phil even consider adopting me?Will I make it here that long?
