Y/N's pov:

It has been several days since Tamara broke up with me. I passed her at school several times, but we never said anything to each other, not even a single word. I wasn't that sad about it though. We started dating way too quickly over some stupid stage kiss.

Classes went by as usual. I had to watch Tori and Jade act in a play. That was pretty much the only interesting thing that day. I was standing by my locker, taking some books and getting ready to head home. I remembered that my mom wouldn't be home that day, so I decided to invite my friends over.

"Guys, do you wanna come over to mine later and chill? My mom won't be home and I don't really feel like being alone." I said.

"That sounds good!"

"Sure!"

Everyone agreed. I wasn't sure what we were gonna do, but I still had plenty of time to think of some activities. I drove home and changed into a more comfy, but still pretty outfit. I lied down on my bed and scrolled on social media, waiting for the time to pass.

I heard the doorbell ring. All of my friends were already here. I greeted them and let them in. They all proceeded to go to the living room and sit on the couch. I joined them.

"So what do you guys wanna do?" I asked them.

"Maybe we should watch a movie." Cat suggested.

"Ooh, can we watch The Scissoring?" Jade mentioned.

"Is that still your favorite movie?" I wondered.

"Yes it is and we are going to watch it." Jade stated.

I groaned. When Jade and I were still dating, she would constantly make me watch the movie with her. I knew the movie by heart at this point. No one had any better suggestions though, so I put the movie on and we started watching it.

Halfway through the movie, all of us were bored, except Jade. Cat was tired, so she put her head on my chest. I wrapped my hand around her, my palm on her shoulder. I figured she needed the comfort. I glanced at Jade and noticed her already staring at me. I just looked away and closed my eyes. I was tired of the movie.

"Ok let's do something else." Jade said.

"But the movie hasn't even finished yet." Beck muttered.

"I know, but all of you are clearly very bored, so I guess we can stop watching it."

I was relieved. I knew that if I watched even one minute more of it, I'd die from the boredom.

"So what do we do now?" Andre wondered.

"We could play truth or dare." I said while smirking.

Everyone seemed ok with that, so we headed to my room and sat down in a circle on the floor.

"Y/N, truth or dare?" Andre asked.

We played the game for a bit. Most of the questions and dares were boring. It was my turn again.

"Truth or dare?"

"Dare." I confidently said.

"I dare you to expose something that someone here has done, but don't say who."

"Mm, ok. Someone here once noticed I was struggling with my bra and clipped it from behind without me knowing they were there. Kinda creepy."

I was talking about Jade. I could see her trying to hide the fact it was her. I guess it worked, cause no one suspected her.

"Truth or dare, Andre?" I asked.

"Dare."

"I dare you to swap clothes with someone of your choice."

Andre motioned to Beck and they walked out for a moment. They came back wearing each others clothes.

"Y/N, truth or dare?"

"It was just my turn!" I shouted. "Whatever. Truth."

"Who has made you cry the most and who has made you laugh the most?"

My mind instantly went to Jade. During our relationship, we would always laugh a lot. And after our break up, I would cry for hours everyday. I wasn't sure if I should answer honestly, but if I didn't, it would defeat the whole point of the game.

"Uh... it's Jade. For both." I muttered while looking down.

They all looked at me slightly concerned. I shot a look at Jade. She was trying to hide her emotions, but I knew what she was feeling somehow. I could tell part of her was happy she made me laugh, but even a bigger part of her was sad that she was the person that made me cry the most. I didn't expect her to feel that way. I thought she didn't care about me at all.

"Uh, anyways. Jade, truth or dare?" I questioned.

"Dare."

"I dare you to kiss the person you're most likely to date in this room."

The room went silent for a moment.

"I'm not doing that." she firmly said.

"What? You have to!"

"I told you I'm not doing it."

"Where's the fun in that?" I teased her, trying to lighten up the mood.

"Ugh." Jade groaned as she stood up.

"Are you seriously backing out?"

Jade didn't say anything. She just started walking to the door.

"Jade West being a pussy. Never thought I'd see that." I said.

"I'm not a pussy!" she shouted.

I just laughed. I didn't think she would actually leave. A few moments later, I could hear her car drive off. Why did she get so upset? Who did she have in mind that she was so scared to kiss? I brushed it off. All of us continued playing until they had to go home.

It was late, but I couldn't sleep. Something on my mind was bothering me. Maybe it was the thought that I made Jade mad. I decided to text her.

Y/N

Hi Jade :)

Jade

What do you want?

Y/N

Did I make you upset when we were playing? I didn't mean to.

Jade

No, it wasn't you. I don't know why I acted like that. Just forget it.

I was glad that it wasn't me that made her feel that way. I was still concerned. She didn't look ok when she left. I didn't want to bother her, but I wanted to be there for her, so I texted her again. We ended up talking for hours about tons of different topics. I lost track of time. I figured I should go to sleep. I said goodnight to Jade and drifted to sleep.
