Jade's pov:

I was gonna have to get used to living my everyday life without Y/N by my side. I mean, I did it once. For a year. But I wasn't so in love with her then. Now, things are different.

I entered Hollywood Arts in hopes of not running into Y/N. Of course, I did. Our lockers are near. The moment I saw her, I felt shattered inside. I could see that she felt the same. I couldn't stand feeling like this. I was supposed to live like that for the rest of the school year. At least after school, it would be easier to avoid her. We weren't close to our graduation though.

A voice in my head was telling me to just run to Y/N and kiss her. In front of everyone. But I couldn't do that. Though I was getting more comfortable with the thought of dating Y/N openly. Letting everyone know she's mine. Letting everyone know how much I love her.

Y/N's pov:

I was taking books from my locker when I felt a presence not far away from me. I could see from the corner of my eye that it was Jade. I tried my best to keep all of my tears in. Surprisingly, it worked. At that moment, all I wanted was for Jade to run to me and kiss me. That was all I needed. But I had to get rid of that thought. Jade would never do that in front of others.

I was about to walk away from my locker. I didn't want to be near Jade anymore. I knew I'd burst into tears. I was hesitating to leave though. I wanted to see her face. Just once. I knew it would hurt, but I didn't care. I shot my eyes up at Jade and she did too. We made eye contact for what seemed like eternity. It was as if everything slowed down. In reality, it was probably just a few seconds. Soon after that, I quickly stormed off.

Jade's pov:

Me and Y/N made eye contact. I didn't expect for it to hurt me so much. She quickly rushed away. I just stood there, watching her until she disappeared. Suddenly, I felt someone walk up to me from behind.

"You're gonna have to do something about that." Cat spoke.

"What?" I said as I turned around to face her.

"Don't you notice how in love she is with you? It hurts her to think you don't care about her."

"I know, I know! But I'm lost. I just have to move on."

"You don't have to. Don't you love her?" Cat said.

"I do.. but.. I don't know if I'm ready to be with her with everyone knowin-"

"Do you love her or not?" Cat said angrily.

"I do." I mumbled.

"Then why do you care so much about what others think? They shouldn't care about your love life. They shouldn't stop you from going after who you truly love. I promise you, no one will care who you date. Everyone is too scared of you anyways.. So go after your dreams. Go after Y/N. Show her how much you love her."

I was in shock. Cat was always extremely good with advice. Her words made me rethink everything. She was right. I shouldn't pay attention to others. If I love Y/N, I can't just simply let her go. I needed to prove to her just how much love I hold for her. It was gonna be hard, because Y/N chose not to believe that I love her. But I wasn't gonna let that stop me.

Cat was already long gone while I got lost in my thoughts. I noticed I was late for class, so I quickly rushed. The whole class, I wasn't even paying attention. I was trying to think of a game plan on how I'd get Y/N back. I was having a hard time. I didn't want to ask anyone for help, but I couldn't do this on my own.

After class, I started looking for the one and only Tori. I didn't want to get help from her, but her and Y/N were really good friends. Tori would definitely know what to do. I found Tori and dragged her to the janitor's closet.

"What do you want?" Tori asked annoyingly.

"Ikindofneedyourhelp." I quickly mumbled while looking away.

"Can you repeat that?" Tori raised her eyebrow.

"I...needyourhelp."

"More clearly please." Tori said. I knew she knew what I said, but of course she had to be like that.

"I NEED YOUR HELP!" I screamed.

"Ah, ok. What with?"

"Tell me how to get Y/N back." I asked.

"What? No! You screwed her over, she needs to move on." Tori got slightly angry.

"No? NO?!"

"No!" Tori got serious.

"Oh god, just please tell me how to get Y/N back! I promise I'll treat her right. I'll scream to the whole world that I love her if I need to!" I yelled.

"Ok, fine! I'll help you. If you give me a hug." Tori teased.

I rolled my eyes but hugged her anyways. I wasn't gonna let Tori's annoying ass hug get in my way.

"So, what do I do?" I asked.

Tori started giving me many ideas. I was prepared to do every single one of them. They progressively got bigger and bigger. Tori told me to start out small and eventually make my acts more big and out there. I was so ready. It was about time Y/N was mine again.

Hi! Reallyyyy short chapter, I know. But now, every chapter is gonna be based on Jade's acts to get Y/N back. The chapters might be short but I'll update more often! Also I have something veryy unexpected stirred up for this story, so get ready for that ;)
