Jade's pov:

I had one last plan left to get Y/N. I thought of this by myself.  As simple as it was, it was by far the most out there. Most of the other plans were quite secretive, which is probably why they didn't work. This one, however, was far from that.

I had to get one more person in on this. Sikowitz. But I had to make sure Tori knew nothing about this, or else she would ruin it, just like she did during the masquerade ball by acting extremely suspicious.

Y/N's pov:

I came to school, hoping not to see Tori. Though I knew that would be impossible, since we have many classes together. I went up to my locker. Soon after that, I felt a presence next to me. It was Tori. I tried walking away, but she didn't let me. She took a hold of my wrist and tightly held it. I didn't wanna bother trying to loosen her grip, so I just gave in.

"What?" I mumbled.

"I just want to apologize." Tori genuinely said. "I'm sorry for taking part in these stupid plans. If you don't want to believe that Jade loves you, then I won't force you. And I promise that I won't involve myself in anything else again."

"Thank you." I smiled and turned around.

"But Jade really does love you. Just saying."

I sighed and slightly frowned. Those words messed with my heart.

"I.. I just need to escape all this." I said.

"But what if Jade is the escape you need?"

I just stared at Tori. It took me a bit to take in her words. I knew she was right, but I didn't admit it. I took a deep breath to prevent myself from creating a whole river of tears in school. Tori sounded so genuine, it was hard not to believe her words. But I didn't wanna risk anything. I was already so hurt and I didn't wanna make it even worse. As hard as it was, I had to stay strong.

My class with Sikowitz was soon about to start, so I headed to his classroom and sat down. I found a seat next to Tori.

"Sikowitz looks excited for something." Tori whispered.

"I know. I'm scared." I replied.

The bell rang and Sikowitz got on stage. For at least half of the class, he kept talking about the weird smell coming from under his bed. At one point, he suddenly stopped and continued the lesson with something else.

"Today, we will be doing alphabetical improv." he stated.

I was confused on why he moved on to that so suddenly. Completely out of nowhere. It was as if someone took over his body or something.

"Jade and.. Y/N. On the stage you go."

My eyes widened. I quickly turned my head to Tori. I suspected that she was behind this, even though she promised she wouldn't do anything again.

"I promise I have nothing to do with this!" Tori said.

I chose to believe her. I still found it weird that Sikowitz called just the two of us on stage.

"Alright, Jade, start from letter C. You choose what you talk about."

I sighed, knowing that Jade will try to have a conversation about us.

"Could you hear me out?" Jade said.

I was right.

"Don't even begin with that." I shot at her.

"Explaining is what I wanna do."

"Find someone else to do that to."

"God, just let me tell you how I feel!" Jade shouted.

"How could I when all you will say is 'it was a mistake'?" I shouted back.

At that moment, I completely forgot that we were in class.

"I won't say that."

"Just get this over with."

I remembered that I was in class. I wasn't about to argue with her in front of everyone.

"Kiss me."

I entered a state of shock. I couldn't believe my ears. Did she really say that or was I just dreaming?..

"..what?" I managed to say something.

"Wrong! The next letter was-" Sikowitz said.

"KISS ME!" Jade yelled, cutting Sikowitz off.

I couldn't even move. I was very shocked. She said that in front of the whole class.

Once Jade realized that I was gonna continue standing still, she took a few steps closer to me and.. kissed me. Her soft lips fit perfectly with mine. I slowly wrapped my arms around her neck and deepened the kiss. I felt as if I was in heaven. The whole world around me stopped. It was like there was no one around us.

After quite a long time, Jade finally pulled out of the kiss. I was still in shock. I didn't know what to do, so I just ran out of the classroom.

"Y/N!" Jade yelled and ran after me.

She caught up to me in the hallway and grabbed my hand.

"Why did you run away?" she asked.

"I just- I don't know. I got overwhelmed. I have so many questions." I mumbled.

Jade just looked at me and held my hand, waiting for me to calm down a bit.

"Why did you do that?" I quietly asked. "Why did you kiss me in front of everyone?"

"Is it still not clear to you?" Jade shook her head.

I tilted my head down and looked at my feet. It was hard to look at Jade.

"Look at me." Jade hooked her finger under my chin and lifted my head. "I don't care what others think. I was so stupid before, but that has changed. I'm so in love with you and I want everyone to know. I want to have you all to myself and proudly show you off."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It was so weird to hear Jade saying these things about me, yet so heartwarming. Tears were filling my eyes as I looked at Jade.

"I still can't seem to bring myself to believe that.." I said.

"For fucks sake.." Jade sighed and closed her eyes. "I LOVE YOU Y/N!!!" she shouted so loud that the whole school heard it for sure.

I stared into her eyes in shock, happiness and disbelief. I loved her so much, I couldn't stand to avoid her anymore. Without hesitation, I pulled Jade into a kiss. I could feel her smiling. Her hands found their way around my waist. God, her touch felt so good. Over this time, I started to crave Jade's love and touch more than ever before. And I finally got it back.

We pulled out of the kiss and Jade took my hands into hers.

"So.. do you wanna be mine? Officially? No more secrets." Jade asked.

"Wasn't that kiss enough of an answer?" I raised my eyebrow and we both chuckled.

"I guess it was." Jade said. "But I wanna hear you saying it."

"I'm yours, Jade. And forever will be."

Jade smiled and kissed my forehead. We decided that we didn't wanna be at school anymore, so we drove back to my house and spent the rest of the day together.

In each others presence.

Everything was finally good again.

Ahh! Two chapters in one day! This chapter was so fun to write. I'm so glad Jade and Y/N are finally back together (let's ignore the fact that I'm the literal author and I could make them get back together any second lol ANYWAYS)
