Jade's pov:

The first thing I was gonna do was pretty stupid. Honestly, I wasn't even sure if it would help. I was scared it would make Y/N weirded out. Of course, it was something Tori suggested. I would never think of something so dumb. Thankfully, we had decent backup ideas.

For this plan, I needed a lot of paper, tape and pens. I also had to come to school earlier than Y/N, or else I would get caught. Tori helped me set everything up. Once everything was done, we stood somewhere we could see Y/N's reaction and waited for her to come.

Y/N's pov:

I walked to school with Tamara. She was helping me feel better. I really appreciated her. For the first time in days, I was smiling and laughing. Suddenly, Tamara's eyebrow raised when she noticed something.

"Holy shit, what happened to your locker?" she questioned.

I turned my head to my locker. Oh my god. It was all covered in paper. I couldn't see what it said, so I ran up to my locker and read it.

"J loves you"

The phrase was written all over every single piece of paper. There was barely any space left to write anything else. The paper was COVERED. I was surprised. It made me smile a little, but I snapped back to reality soon.

"Hm, she couldn't even write her full name." I scoffed.

I proceeded to rip all of the paper off and throw it on the ground. I angrily walked away from my locker and headed to class.

Jade's pov:

"Well, that didn't exactly work.." Tori sighed.

"I told you it was stupid!" I whisper-yelled.

"Don't worry, maybe she will feel different after seeing all the other notes."

Yeah, we stuck papers like these on the doors of every classroom she would enter that day. They all said the same thing. I was sure all these reminders of me were gonna make Y/N even more upset with me.

"Let's just take all of the notes down." I said.

"No! No going back now." Tori spoke.

Y/N's pov:

I walked to my next class. On the door, it had a paper. It said "J loves you" again. What the fuck? Gosh, what was Jade trying to achieve with this? I was really confused, but I didn't pay attention to it.

Literally every classroom I went to had a paper with the same phrase written on it. I was sick of seeing it. Thankfully, classes passed by quickly and I escaped the horror that was school.

Jade's pov:

Since the first act clearly didn't work, Tori had another small gesture planned for the next day that would make the future acts work a bit better.

We got Andre to work with us in this one as well. I told him the whole story and he was more than willing to help. I was gonna have to talk to him about how much I adore Y/N. Tori was gonna stand further from us and give a signal when Y/N was near. We had to make sure she would hear the conversation. Tori would also see Y/N's reaction, which was important.

It was game time. All of us got into position and I waited for Tori's signal. Tori gave me a subtle thumbs up, so I started talking.

Y/N's pov:

I was walking to class when I heard someone say my name. I stopped for a second and looked around to see who it was.

"Y/N is so different from anyone I've ever met." a familiar voice said.

I recognised that voice. Jade. She wasn't facing me, so I stood there and listened to what she said, since she wouldn't see me anyways.

"I just- I don't know why I'm so in love with her. I've never felt like this."

Oh. She was in love with me? I couldn't help but smile. I felt the blood rushing to my cheeks the more Jade talked. It was so nice to hear her voice. To hear her say my name. What if she did love me?

The bell rang, so I ran off to class. It was hard to focus. My mind was on Jade the whole day. Gosh, somehow I became more in love with her than I was before. No, that was bad. I had to move on.

Jade's pov:

The bell rang and Tori walked up to me and Andre. I assumed that Y/N was already gone, so I stopped talking.

"I think it worked!" Tori squealed.

"Really? What was her reaction?" I asked.

"She started smiling and blushing like crazy."

"Yeah, I saw from the corner of my eye. I don't think you're gonna have to do much anymore." Andre added.

I didn't say anything, I just smiled. Genuinely smiled. Some sort of happiness just rushed through my veins. I was so glad that everything was coming to place.
