A wide, tooth flashing, smile appeared on Sebastian's face, it was slightly disturbing to look at especially paired with your recent accusation "what makes you say that my lady?"
You froze slight under his gaze and jolted slightly from a touch against your leg wound "... a few things really... but what fully convinced me was how you fought those men and... your eyes..." While speaking your eyes moved away from his awkwardly.
"My eyes?" Sebastian quirked an eyebrow a smirk on his face that made you shiver and feel even more awkward and unnerved.
"... They were blood red and so inhuman like... hence my thought of you yourself not being human. So... what exactly are you?" You asked Sebastian finally looking him fully in the eye the smirk turning into a big smile, even though it was more of a smile you could still feel a deadly evil behind it.
Sebastian's hands came down and were placed by your hips his long lean body leaning over yours, forcing you to lean back on your hands and eventually down to your elbows and forearms, his face coming very close to your face. Without him even touching you, you were completely forced to look into Sebastian's eyes, your breath freezing in your lungs.
"Do you mean like this?" His hand grabbed your chin forcing you to look "look closely now" he commanded just as his eyes flashed to the very recognisable blood red, that colour filling your eyes for a second before reverting back to the eyes you were used to.
You couldn't talk and only slowly nodded, Sebastian standing back up to his full height before moving away from you, a smug smile plastered on his face. You breathed out a long silent sigh feeling your lungs finally working properly, something about him was different and no matter what he was about to say you wouldn't be convinced against it. Sebastian is usually an imposing figure for a human, right now however... the man, or thing in front of you was no human servant and it was scaring you.
"You're very smart (Y/N), I've been with the young master for over two years now and very few have managed to figure me out. Although it might well have been because I didn't hide anything from you, maybe I made it to easy for you" Sebastian was extremely scary right now and way to calm for just having been figured out, you didn't know if he would kill you for being the one too figuring him out, you even flinched when he called you by name like that.
You still braved possible death and asked him "so, tell me then, what are you? And are you just playing servant with my brother or are you here for something more?"
You thought you had hidden it well but Sebastian caught onto your fear very quickly "don't be afraid (Y/N), I'm not going to kill you or hurt you... as long as you keep this all a secret, if I was going to hurt you I would have done it by now and if I was going to kill you... you wouldn't have even realised you died. As for what I am... I'll leave that for another time".
"Huh?" You started. "Why the secrecy? I've already figured out that that you're not human?"
There was a blur as Sebastian rushed you too quick to see, a gloved hand gripping your chin hard and forcing you onto your back his palm covering your mouth and nose so you couldn't breath. "I said I wouldn't kill you but don't push your luck, I could kill you right now before you even blink".
Your arms trembled at his words but still reflectively came up to use your telekinesis, the smile that was on his face had disappeared in an instant, his hand forcing you to look into those bright red pools once again. You had no words to speak as his hand moved to let his thumb ran over your bottom lip, your entire body tensed ready to escape if he went to attack you, although if what he said was true you defiantly wouldn't be able to escape no matter how ready you were.
The smile soon came back to his face and he stood up letting you go, without another word he left the room, the door wasn't slammed behind him but It it sure sounded loud in the tenseness of the room. Your arms shook and your breathing was heavy, your felt like years had been taken off your life from that encounter but at least he had confirmed your suspicions.
You breathed out a long sigh falling back onto the bed all the tension leaving your body, your throbbing wounds and anxiety from the situation coupled with the exhausting night wore you down, you had never used your powers this much before while still in control. Everything put together meant that you slipped into a restless sleep, while still not lying properly in your bed.
*3rd Persons POV*
The moment Sebastian left (Y/N)'s room his tongue licked over his lips, his eyes continuously flashing red and his teeth growing sharp, he had to hold back on himself from turning into his full demon form. The little Phantomhive lady is clever... I must report to the master first, he thought turning to head back to Ciels office.
He could sense everyone in their rooms, turning in for the night, Ciel was the only one still working, he could sense a punishment coming before he had even entered the office for (Y/N) finding out about his nonhumanness, and for her getting seriously injured. But he still did have to report to him. To be truthful he hadn't really been trying to hide it from her, even if he should have been more careful, something inside or him wanted to show off and wanted her to know exactly what his was and how strong and powerful he was.
He managed to hide his expression by the time he reached Ciels office, he knocked the sound loud and echoing throughout the hall "young master, I have important matters to discuss regarding lady Phantomhive".
"Come in" Ciel probably thought that Sebastian wanted to tell him about her condition and defiantly wasn't expecting his next words.
He walked until he was just before his desk "my lord, lady Phantomhive wounds have been treated... however lady Phantomhive has discovered that I am not human".
Ciel immediately sat up straight a deeper frown than usual settling on his brows "how did she find out. I specifically told you to keep it a secret despite her relation to me".
"Young master, it was during the fight tonight, to protect her I had no choice and besides that instruction wasn't specifically an order, and so was not my top priority" Sebastian answered with a small smirk on his face.
Ciel let out a long sigh, Sebastian could hear the anger and stress in that one sigh "we can leave this until tomorrow for now, I have paperwork to finish... and this".
He waved the matter off for another time and then dropped a folder on his desk, Sebastian leans slightly forward trying to see what it was, His body going stiff and an anger beginning to well up inside of him. "My lord, I though you had rejected this".
*(Y/N)'s POV*
A cool chill washing over you made you shiver and wake up, the light coming through your window told you that it was morning, you were still lying where you had fallen asleep the night before. You groaned trying to sit up, your entire body was hurting and you head was ponding so hard that you couldn't even think, when you reached up to your head all you felt was a burning heat.
You were sick. It wasn't a surprise or hard to figure out considering the night before. The stress from having the Midfords in the manor, as well as the fight outside while in the biting cold of an English night, the fear of now having to live with something that wasn't human. All of it had caught up to you, quickly, and left you sick.
You groaned and rolled yourself over, your body ached so much as you crawled into bed properly and lazily brought the covers over you, your body collapsed as you finally lost all your energy. You felt cold but also felt too hot and felt nothing but pain, throaty coughs racked your body as you shivered, finally you closed your eyes once again trying to fall asleep and escape the sickness that had come over you.
