It's seemed as though the whole world had stopped at Sebastian's entrance and the only thing you could muster was a single nod of your head your mouth opens wide in surprise, that's all Sebastian needed from you, as in a flash he had disappeared.

You blinked in confusion as a loud and painful scream filled the air, more screams quickly followed as your eyes searched the darkness, you were only able to see flashes of a shadow and even sharper flashes of red as the men around you fell. You were breathing heavy something settling in your mind. Sebastian is not human.

But you weren't given a chance to think on it "YOU'RE DEAD!"

You spun at the shout, one of the men had snuck up behind you while you were in your shocked state, an axe raised up ready come come down on you. Your eyes widened and you raised your arms ready to make a barrier and to push back against him, but you didn't need to as there was a sound like someone punching through a wall as a fist came through the man's chest from behind him.

You jolted as the fist was pulled back and the man fell to the ground dead a clear hole through his chest where you could see the person who was the cause, you were worried the axe was still going to fall on you so prepared to deflect it, but it was caught before it could even come close to hitting you. You felt some wet splashes on your face, without even seeing what it was you already knew that it was blood. Bright red animalistic eyes loom above you, you shook from where you sat, you were so afraid, but you didn't know what of.

The person moved so you can see them, it was Sebastian "my lady, the attackers have been cleaned up. Your safe you can stop shaking".

I don't feel safe and if I could stop shaking I would have already, you thought eyeing him up and down wearily. Sebastian only smiled and walked closer to you his white teeth flashing dangerously, they look sharper than normal "excuse me my lady" Sebastian said.

You felt arms wrap around you, one under your knees and the other around your back, you flinched away but still wrapped your arms around Sebastian's neck for stability as you were quickly lifted. He did it so fast that you didn't have time to register or complain on what was happening before you were already in the air and in his arms, you turned your head away slightly embarrassed red crawling up your cheeks.

"...sorry..." you mumbled "you didn't have to lift me; your fine clothes are getting dirty now" at the moment you were just trying to find conversation and stay on this creatures good side.

"It's fine, my lady, it's not like you could walk back in your condition" Sebastian sent you a closed eyed smile and began walking.

You didn't realise how much pain you were in, but as the fear disappeared and the adrenaline wore off it hit you all at once. Your leg burnt like someone was holding a hot rod against it, your shoulder and side were much the same. All the wounds you had sustained were bleeding making you slightly dizzy, not only that but your head was pounding as if you had hit your head at some point during the night without realising.

You groaned, your head tilting and falling into Sebastian's chest, you felt Sebastian pull your closer to him and hold you tighter, wether intentional or deliberate you didn't comment on it "my lady, hold on I'll get you back to the manor quickly".

Once again, he didn't give you a chance to respond before there was a whoosh of air and your hair was flying widely, your arms tightening around his neck and your eyes closing, your breath being caught in your chest. You were moving fast, you could not tell how fast you were moving, but it only further cemented the fact that Sebastian wasn't fully human.

Everything seemed to stop for a second and it took you a while to realise that it was because you had stopped moving "my lady if you don't want to be hounded when we open the door may I suggest pretending to be unconscious?"
