*Sebastian's POV*

You carefully stepped out of the carriage when you got back to the manor. (Y/N) was still unconscious in your arms, but you could hear her steady and powerful heart beat as you held her. The whole carriage ride back you were using your senses to try and figure her out, specifically her powers. You were able to deduce that they were now apart of her and linked to her DNA. It had become a trait that she could pass on to her children, if you were to remove the powers you would kill her.

She smelled like the Stephens. That was her current scent, the old, musky, tobacco smell was strong and overpowered her own. But that would fade, and you'd soon be able to commit her scent to memory. Her soul smelt like Ciels, which made sense since they were siblings, strong and bent on revenge, but unlike Ciels you didn't want to consume this soul. You wanted to protect it and own it, keep it with you for eternity.

"Young Master! Mister Sebastian!" It was the servants.

It was early in the morning, but you suspected they got up to greet the master on his return and to meet his sister. The house didn't look dangerous, but you would have to do a check later once you got lady Phantomhive settled in. Since your hands were full, Finny helped the young master from the carriage, before all the servants turned to you, trying to catch a glimpse of (Y/N).

You pulled her up slightly higher so that they couldn't surround her, Finny and Mey-Rin pouted as they now couldn't see her, Bard could as he was tall enough and a strange grin came across his face. Tanaka was in his smaller form so he defiantly couldn't see her.

"Don't you all have jobs to be doing?" You glared are them, they yelled and stumbled around.

"Yes, ummm, we just wanted to meet the young lord sister" Finny smiled.

"She's very pretty, yes she is" Mey-Rin said still watching (Y/N) rather than looking at you, a slight blush on her cheeks.

"There's time for that later. Mey-Rin prepare the spare bedroom close to the young lords, Finny take lady Phantomhive and settle her in, I'll be there shortly once I have settled the young master in his study with breakfast" you gently gave (Y/N) to Finny before walking away with the young master, still keeping half an eye on the servants.

"Yes sir!" The servants yelled behind you.

The door squeaked as you opened it. You'd have to oil that later. you then walked into the dark room. It was the day time but the curtains were drawn leaving the room in darkness, your eyes looked over to the bed seeing a small lump in the Center, at least those two servants put her to bed without messing anything up.

You stalked closer to the bed, your eyes flashing to there blood red snake like slits, you felt your teeth sharpen as you looked over her sleeping form, she was so defenceless like this. You did a quick once over with your senses checking her again, you nodded, she was ok and would probably wake up soon.

Ciel had ordered you to keep a close watch over (Y/N) and you were all too happy to comply. Unconsciously your hand reached forward to touch her cheek, your gloves were still on so all you could feel was the heat of her skin, not the texture.

You quickly collected yourself again and stepped back, your eyes faded back to a more human crimson colour and your teeth receded. You decided to get some tea for when she awoke. She hadn't been treated like nobility for quite a while now, so tea in bed would be a perfect way to get back into that life.

*(Y/N)'s POV*

You felt like you were floating on air, it was strange like you didn't have a body, there was nothing around you, but it wasn't black either... just nothing. Then you were falling, you had no body, but you could still feel yourself falling through nothing, you were getting faster and faster and faster and it would seem like there was no end.

But you felt you were falling towards something, a black void slowly forming around you, you were in a desperate panic now. But you couldn't stop yourself, like this you had no heart or lungs, if you did, they would be going a mile a minute. If you had a voice box you'd be screaming, if you had eyes, they'd be closed tight ready for impact, there were lots of ifs but none could stop your falling.

Then you stopped. It was sudden. Your lungs suddenly gasping and your eyes flying open, your body jolted sharply. You calmed very quickly after that, you slowly sat up your eyes looking around, you were in a very fancy room on a lovely plush bed. You hadn't been in a room like this for quite some time and it was an odd feeling, you remembered everything from before you had fallen unconscious, so you guessed you were in the Phantomhive manor.

Your heart let out a little thump at the thought, you were back home, looking down you saw that you were still in the trousers and tank top-jacket combo you were in when you fell unconscious and was caught. So, no one changed me then, thank god, you thought. There were a number of scars you wanted to keep hidden from everyone's and anyone's sight, horrible reminders of those horrible days.

You got up from the bed and walked to where the fireplace was, there were pictures on the mantle and when you got closer you could see what they were of, your parents. It was of them before you had come along, they both looked happy and make a very fitting pair.

However, it was odd, it was an old photo, a very old photo. But the photo looked almost brand new, you couldn't help but pick the photo up to examine it closer, there was no fading to the photo or crinkles like you would expect from an older photo.

You placed the photo back on the mantle to look at the others, there were many all of your family, but you weren't in any of them. You wouldn't be surprised if those who know you about you removed your existence completely, burning old photos of you would be nothing, all to keep Ciel from knowing of your existence.

It made you upset looking at the photos, everyone in them looked so happy, but you were in none of them. You felt your eyes go distant, thinking back to those times, when your cousins would come to the manor and you would all play, how close you and your brother used to be. But those times were no more.

The door to your room opened and you jumped, your head turned and once again met familiar crimson orbs "Oh! Lady (Y/N)! I apologise for not knocking I thought you were still asleep"
