KARMA
STARK ESTATE
Malibu"IT'S A BIG BUNNY, RELAX ABOUT IT!"
The loud voice of Mr. Stark caught Karmina's attention, her injured hand was safely guarded in her chest while the other one grabbed Praga's hand. Alora Stark led them inside her home, Mr. Prime and Kalum walked in front of them, they all followed the blonde woman to the living room. Gavin stood beside Karma, they had barely uttered a word to one another, the fourteen-year-old girl felt somewhat resentful with him. They were supposed to be in this together, Gavin had trained her, he passed down his knowledge to her, and for what?
Karma wondered if she was being a tad bit obtrusive, and if she was she only had good intentions. After all their time together, Karma learned to read Gavin, she always seeks to understand him but now she felt betrayed. Did he not trust her at all? Was the training only a distraction?
"Calm down!" Miss Potts said.
Tony Stark looked at her agitatedly, gesturing at the bunny by the stairs. "I got this for you!"
As she set foot in the living room, her train of thoughts came to a halt and her lips released a soft sigh, full of fascination. The Stark living room was beautifully decorated with Christmas furniture and lights, but what really had Karma internally fangirling was the giant bunny with a red bow on its chest.
"Ah, home sweet home," Kalum added, he made his way toward the living room and sat on the couch which was facing in the opposite direction of the window.
"I'm aware of that." She deadpanned calmly.
Karma let go of Praga's hand and made a beeline towards the bunny much to Praga's protests. Her left hand gently touched the bunny's plush material and softly stroke it, she looked up and her face was lit up with happiness. Not even a bullet to the hand and a near-death experience can kill the sunshine this girl carries with her.
