It's only a matter of time before humanity ceases to exist.

SASKIA'S POV
THE SKY SLOWLY opens up before us as the barrier above begins to break apart, like it is shedding its skin piece by piece. The fragments continue to fall, drifting down before fading into the air as it dissolves into nothing but tiny particles.
We saw Mr. Zaniel returned from checking their earlier route. He was wary of his surroundings while pacing a bit fast toward us. "The mentors are on the move to help too.
Lumingon ako sa kanila at tumango, they nodded back at me.
But things happened.
The massive gate of Arozel Institution stood before us, with large pillars made of stones framing it on both sides as we approached its opening at a great speed.
We trailed along the cobbled path outside the gate. Zach's steps were quicker than ours. He suddenly leapt onto the low wall beside us. On the other side, fallen souls had been summoned. Something he must have noticed which is likely why he stepped over there. After killing it, he moved again.
He must have used his artistry judging by how fast he did that.
Frustration crosses my face. Sunod-sunod na talaga silang nagpapakita. That just shows how dangerous it could be for the people of Zavied who haven't been evacuated yet.
"Saphire and Rhiele, and the people there might be in danger right now." I said firmly, already preparing myself for what needed to be done.
Allisa heaved a sigh after she took one fallen soul. "There's no horses left inside the institution, but I think, may naaalala akong stable grounds sa gilid ng Arozel just after you exit."
Lumingon kami sa gilid, and there it is. May nakikita akong mababaw na structure roon.
Agad naming pinuntahan iyon.
"The Acrine's Cathedral is about four kilometers from here. If we use a fast horse, we should reach it in around five minutes."
We are about to do the same, but someone caught our attention.
"Teka, bakit nandito sila?"
They pulled up the reins. Hooves screeched against the dirt, followed by a startled snort of the horses. "Guys! Nakita niyo rin ba 'yon?"
