Only working out 30-45 mins a day it's enough in a way but also not quite enough.
You need to keep active the whole day.
And I know!! I KNOW!! How you guys are feeling right now. Probably saying "No, nevermind I give up" But hear me out..
Walking.
Walking is our best friend
Walking is one of the easiest way to keep active throughout the majority of the day.
What I do is walk in the morning, walk after school, and walk after dinner.
If you are like me who stays at home 24/7 (especially during quarantine) or just stays home. You can just walk in your house or backyard. Since quarantine happened I couldn't go outside to walk so I would just walk around my house as much as I could.
