-Have a schedule

-Do a physical activity you love (Dance, sport, weight training, swimming etc.)

-BE CONSISTENT

-Try different workouts to not get bored

-At least 30-45 mins a day

-Start small try 10 mins a day and add mins as you go

-Try working out your whole body throughout the week (Example: Monday-leg/booty day, Tuesday-upper body, Wednesday-cardio day....etc.)

-STRETCH!!!! (VERY IMPORTANT)

-Warm up before a workout

-Lift weights (If possible)

-REST DAY!!! At least two days a week let your body rest.

-It's okay to skip a workout!!!
