A thing I realized as I started working out was MOTIVATION was becoming a huge problem. Did I had motivation throughout all my workouts? NO.

There were times when I felt so lazy and wanted to sleep all day. Here is what helped me the most though...

SELF DISCIPLINE

Self discipline was what got me through most of my procrastination. Which by the way you can use self discipline for anything..school, work, working out etc.

You have to let go of this laziness. I know it's hard I've been there but remember there WILL ALWAYS be a reward to all the hard work you put in.

Once you start working out or do any physical activity you will forget about your laziness and you will actually feel so proud of yourself.

There's also a quote that says "Once you start seeing results it becomes addicting" And I think this quote is something I can relate to a lot. Once you start noticing the small changes it becomes addicting because you feel so proud of yourself.

Also another thing it takes at least 25 days until something becomes a habit. Stay consistent and before you know it, you wont get through your day without working out.
