-Have a separate plate and put a bunch of vegetables

-Try to change your favorite foods to healthy options (example: Rice=Brown Rice, Yogurt=Greek Yogurt and you add your own sweets, Milk=Almond Milk etc.)

-DONT RESTRICT!! - want to have that pizza? HAVE IT! I assure you it will not make you gain weight. Everything in moderation!!!

-PROTEIN (Fish,eggs, greek yogurt, and cottage cheese are my favorite)

-Have a glass of water first thing in the morning

-Drink WATER!!

-Green tea (100% RECOMMEND)

-Know when you're really full

-Simple (Don't stress yourself too much and eat simple food you don't have to eat this beautiful plate everyday. Trust me you will procrastinate and give up if you cook beautiful food everyday)

-Meal prep (Saved my life multiple times hehe)
