"I met this unbelievable girl. Iba siya sa mga babaeng nakilala ko. Hindi siya mabilis maapektuhan sakin even when I tried to flatter her." sabay inom ng cocktail na hawak niya at inubos ito. "Aahhh." Di niya alam kung dahil sa cocktail ang paghiyaw niya o dahil sa pagkainis.

"Ang alam ko lang, naaasar ako sa kanya kasi lagi niya akong pinapahiya. Sometimes we bicker like chickens, sometimes we hang out like friends, and sometimes we talk like there is something between us.... or is it just with me? I don't know, I think she's playing with me." pagkasabi niya nito ay tinignan niya ang kuya niyang nakikinig lang sa mga sinasabi niya. Naghihintay ng mga kasagutan para sa magulo niyang kaisipan.

Ngumiti si Adrian nang nakakaloko, "You need to have a clear mind in order for you to piece everything together. How can you answer your questions if you drink while whining? Dapat drink while thinking, ikaw ang mas nakakaalam ng sagot. If you want to find out why you feel that way, you assess yourself. Do you like her?" mataman niyang tinignan ang wala sa sariling si  Vince at uminom ng cocktail.

I like her.

I like her eyes, nose, and lips.

I like her annoying attitude, even her weird habits, and the obviousness on her face whenever she feels shy.

I like it when her hair was blown by the wind, I got caught up in the moment whenever it happens. She shines so bright I was always mesmerized by her beauty. Sagot ni Vince sa kaniyang isip.

"Do you want her?"

I want her.

I want her beside me.

I want her close to me.

I want to be with her wherever she goes.

"This might be a bit too far but who am I to judge, right? Do you love her?" sabi ni Adrian sabay tapik sa balikat ni Vince.

I love her.

I love the way she looks at me, talks to me, and smiles at me. 

I love it every time she gets mad at me whenever I tease her. 

I love the way she laughs because of me. Her voice is like music to my ears, ang sarap pakinggan.

I love the way how she treats me, good or bad. Her warmth embrace that makes me forget everything at the moment.

I love everything about her. Everything about her is the reason why I am like this and I think I can't finish listing every detail one by one as to answer the question why I like, want, or love her.

Lumiwanag ang mukha ni Vince na ilang araw nang mukhang problemado. Tumingin sya sa gawi ni Adrian nguni't nang tignan niya doon ay wala ito. Nagpalinga linga siya upang hanapin ang kuya niya at nakita niya nga ito na may kausap na babae.  Napailing na lamang siya dito at nagfocus ng tingin sa hawak niyang baso na walang laman. Matagal niya nang alam ang sagot sa magulo niyang kaisipan pero isinasantabi niya lang to dahil hindi siya sigurado. In denial stage. 

We started on the wrong foot but we've got along on the way. If I want to make a step ahead of her, will she step ahead together with me? Panibagong tanong na poproblemahin niya nanaman ng ilang araw. Biglang sumilay ang nakakalokong ngiti sa mga labi ni Vince na parang may naisip itong ideya, "Three, I will make you mine."
