Me and Zahaire walk back to his car. Right as I close the door, there is a loud crash in the distance.
We look at each other.
"That sounded like it came from Braylons direction." Zahaire states, shocked.
Zahaire quickly opens his door and runs back towards Braylon.
I follow closely behind him.
There's smoke from whatever caused the crashing.
Once it clears, I can make out Braylons body in a pile of broken down cars.
"Braylon, are you okay?" I asked.
Braylon sluggishly gets up from the pile of cars he's been thrown into. He winces.
He looks to his right and speaks in his native language.
"Fla ve utsu..."
I follow his line of vision and see an alien standing there. It's body is big and muscly. It's green veins are seen through it's light blue body.
Braylon looks at me and Zahaire, his eyes widened. "No...you can't be here!"
"That's fine..." a menacing voice states. "They stupidly brought themselves to me!"
"You guys need to go or else you'll die!" Braylon shouts.
"Like hell we're leaving you alone!" Zahaire says, grabbing his new weapon from the pocket of his hoodie.
The big bulky alien charges at us and Zahaire shoots a beam of light in front of his path. This causes him to change course and crash into a heap of junk nearby.
It's not long before he's up and ready to charge again.
Zahaire keeps on shooting the black beams of light at the alien and he only hits a few of his shots.
I look around for anything that isn't too heavy to lift. I spot a few rusted rims and poles.
I focus on making it float as Zahaire shoots beams of UV light at the alien.
He swears under his breath as his gun overheats, rendering it useless for now.
The angry killing alien, AKA for short, rushes at us again. I start throwing the objects at him to slow him down.
I'm landing my hits but he is almost unfazed, still charging right at us.
The AKA soon sees where the objects are coming from and rushes directly at me.
"Audree run!" I hear Zahaire shout.
Little did he know my legs were already moving the opposite direction.
"You ain't got to tell ME fucking twice!"
I begin to panic as I begin to feel the weight of AKA's footsteps behind me. I look over my shoulder and see he is effortlessly gaining on me.
I look up and see passing towers or broken down cars. Not thinking about its weight, I desperately wave my hands at it as I pass one of the towers.
