TSAU Ch.9

I wake up with a raging headache and a constant ringing in my head. I get up and it's as if my body is heavy and doesn't want to move. I lay in bed for a while until I look at the phone and see that I slept through the entirety of my first class!

Despite my body wanting to lay down I quickly get up and find a change of clothes. I end up knocking some things over as I hop around trying to put my pants on. Once I manage to put on an outfit I look in the mirror and see that my eyes are baggy and my hair is a mess. I quickly try to tidy it up and then I hear a knock on my door.

I go to answer it and I see its Audree. She has shades on and two cups in hand.

"Heeeeey." she says in a soft whisper. With a cheesy smile.

"Audree that is the LAST time I go to a party with you...I slept through a whole class!" I whisper back.

"Uh- I was about to have some hot sex with a frat dude until you cockblocked me and suggested we play that drinking game! That was all you buddy."

I open my mouth to say something but she cuts me off by shoving a cup in my face.

"Drink this, it'll help with the hangover and get you some energy, ya big baby."

I take the drink and it's an orange slosh with some chunks in it.

"You want me to drink this? This looks like what I puked out last night." I raise an eyebrow at her.

"I did the best I could mixing it! It's not like your average college student has a blender at hand, just drink it!"

I reluctantly take a sip and I gag a bit but manage to gulp it all down.

"Good, it will start to kick in in about 10 minutes or so. Oh and take these, you look like a zombie." She hands me a pair of cat eye shades.

"These are so girly, gimme yours they look more cool." I reach for hers but she jolts back escaping my range.

"These are gucci, they cost me almost 200! There is no way in hell I'll let you wear these!"

I groan and put the shades on. I get everything I need for my classes today and I start to walk out with Audree. I get a couple of stares from some guys and snickers but Audree has my back and just pretends we are a couple trading pieces of clothing.

"Heads up, it's my roommate and she is like...really weird."

I look to where she is gesturing to and it's Delilah! She sees me and starts to walk up to us.

"Hey Delilah girllll!" I state as she approaches, almost in range to hear what I said.

Zahaire glances at Delilah and quickly averts his eyes, looking around the room. He shuffles around trying to get in his "cool stance".

"Hey there Delilah," Zahaire says, mocking the Plain White T's song once again.

I shake my head embarrassed for him and Delilah smiles adoringly at him.
