Rex

I let out a sigh as I set at my desk and worked on my reports.

"Hey, (Y/n) have you seen Rex?" Jesse asked softly.

"No, why?" I asked softly.

"Me and Fives have been trying to call him for over an hour." Jesse explained.

"Here let me try." I said softly.

I pulled my comm out and hit the button for Rex's comm.

"Please, like he will answer you-"

"Hello, cyar'ika. Is something wrong?" Rex asked softly.

"Jesse and Fives are looking for you, everything okay?" I asked softly.

I heard him let out a groan and Fives grabbed my arm.

"Excuse you! How come you answer her and not me? I'm your brother!" Fives yelled angrily.

"Do I sleep with you? No, so back off. I deal with you twenty four-seven. I only see her at night."

"But you're suppose to love me more."

"I hate to break it to you, but I love her more."

I let out a laugh and shook my head. They continued this for awhile, before I had enough and told them to go talk to him. When work was over I returned to my quarters and smiled as I saw Rex laying on the bed. I crawled up to him and he sent me a smile.

"Hello beautiful." He said as he pulled me into a kiss.

I let out a hum and pulled him closer to me.

"I love you." I said softly.

"I love you more." He said as he pulled me onto his chest.

"I need a shower." I said with a groan.

"That can wait, I want to hold you." He said as he pulled me against his chest.

I smiled softly and closed my eyes and fell asleep.
