Tech

I was messing with some wires when I heard footsteps behind me. I turned my head and smiled as I saw Tech walk up to me.

"Hey love. Thought I would bring you something to drink." He said softly.

"Thanks." I said as I took it from his hands.

I let out a hum as I smelled it. I took a sip and let out a sigh of relief.

"That's the good stuff." I said as I opened my eyes.

I looked over at Tech and saw a smile on his face. I set the cup down and walked over to him.

"What are you-"

I cut him off by sitting in his lap and wrapping my arms around his neck. He looked at me shocked for a second before I pulled him into a gentle kiss. He let out a sigh and kissed me back.

"I love you." I whispered against his lips.

He said something in a different language and I pulled away and met his eyes.

"It means, you are my heart and soul." He explained as he leaned down and captured my lips again.

"Ahh isn't this sweet. The nerd and the clone." A deep voice said.

We pulled apart and Hunter smacked Crosshair over the head.

"It's alright Hunter, Cross is just jealous that he can't even strike up a conversation with someone, where as I can be in a healthy relationship." Tech said as he fixed his glasses.

Wrecker let out a laugh and Echo quickly covered his mouth. I held back a laugh of my own as Crosshair turned and walked back onto the ship.

"Good one, Tech!" Wrecker exclaimed as he turned and walked away.

Tech turned to look at me and I sent him a smile.

"Well I think you just burned Crosshair very badly.... Might have to take him to Kamino." I said with a smile.

"He will survive." Tech said as he kissed my forehead.

I let out a laugh as Tech threw me over his shoulder and carried me back onto the ship.

"Tech! Put me down!"

"I'm afraid I can't do that. You see I just realized we haven't had our daily cuddles. And I know how annoyed you can get without them." He said as he threw me into the bed.

"Please, we both know that it's you who gets annoyed." I said as he crawled onto the cot.

"True." He said as he pulled me into an embrace.

I let out a light laugh and snuggled into his side.

"I love you." I whispered as I closed my eyes.

"I love you more." He said as he pulled me closer.
