After a triumphant effort last night, the Clarkson Golden Knights return to Cheel Arena to play the Holy Cross Crusaders on Saturday night in Potsdam. Jake Kielly and Erik Gordon matched zeros in the first period so, we'll skate to a scoreless, first intermission tie. With 16:54 left in the second period, Grant Cooper scored his third goal of the season to make it 1-0 Clarkson. With 9:15 left in the second period, Devin Brosseau scored his first goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-0 Tech. Kielly and Gordon matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Clarkson leads 2-0 heading to the second intermission dressing room. With 9:23 left in the third period, Charlie Barrow scored to make it 2-1 Golden Knights. With 32 seconds left in the third period, Jack Jacome scored his first goal of the season, into an empty net to make it 3-1 Tech! Jake Kielly finished off the Crusaders and Clarkson wins 3-1! Clarkson improved to 2-2-0 on the season!
