After a disappointing loss last Saturday, the Clarkson Golden Knights head to Buffalo, New York to play the Canisius Golden Griffins for the second time this season. With 13:10 left in the first period, Jordan Schneider scored his first goal of the season to make it 1-0 Clarkson. With 12:10 left in the first period, Nico Sturm scored his fifth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Golden Knights. With 11:21 left in the first period, Dylan McLaughlin scored to make it 2-1 Clarkson. With 8:19 left in first period, Cameron Heath scored to tie the game 2-2. Jake Kielly and Tucker Weppner matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll skate to a 2-2, first intermission tie. With 18:58 left in the second period, Lee Lapid scored to make it 3-2 Canisius. With 17:38 left in the second period, Austin Alger scored to make it 4-2 Golden Griffins. With 9:11 left in the second period, Nick Hutchison scored to make it 5-2 Canisius. Clarkson Coach Casey Jones pulled Jake Kielly and so, Nicholas Latinocich fills in for the rest of the game. With 2:21 left in the second period, Greg Moro scored his second goal of the season to make it 5-3 Golden Griffins. Latinovich and Weppner matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Canisius leads 5-3 heading to the second intermission dressing room. With 13:14 left in the third period, Dylan McLaughlin scored to make it 6-3 Golden Griffins. Jake Zurat finished the Golden Knights and Canisius wins 6-3. Clarkson dropped to 4-4-0 on the season.
