The Clarkson Golden Knights and there fans had their hearts broken by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and are poised to redeem themselves next season. I had Clarkson going to the Frozen Four and it really stung to read that they lost in the first round. Clarkson was one of the best teams in college hockey the entire season and it really was heartbreaking to see Clarkson fall to Notre Dame that dark day in Manchester. I thought I was going to enjoy that last game but I was close to tears writing it. It was a good game but I really wish Clarkson would've won the northeastern regional.
