After a dominant performance last night, the Clarkson Golden Knights return to Cheel Arena hoping to sweep the Yale Bulldogs with a win tonight. With 3:17 left in the first period, Jacome scored his fifth goal of the season to make it 1-0 Clarkson. Jake Kielly and Sam Tucker matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Clarkson leads 1-0 heading to the second period. With 18:10 left in the second period, Devin Brosseau scored his eleventh goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-0 Tech. With 4:59 left in the second period, Ted Hart scored to make it 2-1 Golden Knights. With 42 seconds left in the second period, Jack St. Ivany scored to tie the game 2-2. Kielly and Tucker matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll head to period number three tied 2-2. With 13:43 left in the third period, Josh Dunne scored his fourteenth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-2 Clarkson. With 9:21 left in the third period, Devin Brosseau scored his twelfth goal of the season to make it 4-2 Tech. With 4:07 left in the third period, Nico Sturm scored his fourteenth goal of the season to make it 5-2 Golden Knights! Jake Kielly finished off the Bulldogs and Clarkson will head to Lake Placid for the ECAC Hockey Championship weekend because of a 5-2 win over Yale!
