With 15:31 left in the first period, Evan Smith scored to make it 1-0 Bulldogs. With 11:52 left in the first period, Nico Sturm scored his tenth goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 5:10 left in the first period, Devin Brosseau scored his seventh goal of the season to make it 2-1 Golden Knights. Jake Kielly and Corbin Kaczperski matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Clarkson leads 2-1 heading to the second period. With 17:27 left in the second period, Kevin O'Neil scored to tie the game 2-2. With 15:35 left in the second period, Josh Dunne scored his seventh goal of the season to make it 3-2 Clarkson. With 6:40 left in the second period, Haralds Egle scored his tenth goal of the season to make it 4-2 Golden Knights! Jake Kielly seals the win for the Golden Knights and Clarkson wins 4-2! Tech improved to 15-6-0 on the season and 6-3-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
