The more I look at him the more I am convinced that I have finally found what I was looking for. Although only a couple of years have passed, the effort to get accepted seems to me now far away. If I think that these people have always lived so close to my home, and above all that I only met him in a school so far away, I wonder if everything was part of an already traced path.

A year younger, Marco approached me at the year-end party, when I was getting ready to greet the best mates I ever had. While he was talking to me I looked at him spellbound, wondering why that speech was happening right on my last day of school. When he told me where he lived, I hardly believed it.

And now we are here, all together in my house, the group of students who found me only now. But maybe it's better, maybe I wasn't ready before.

«Guys, what do you say, shall we pull up stakes? Let's leave the lovebirds alone for a while before their parents return» says Teresa, inviting Alessandro and Antonio to leave the scene.

«You can stay as long as you want, no games» I honestly say, because having them all around me amuses me. No thoughts, just lightness.

«No, we go also because we have a game later. It's Friday Marco, will you come and see us?»

«Probably yes. Do you always play at seven?»

«Yup.»

«We will be there, we have to support you» I add, getting up from the sofa to accompany them.

When they leave the house I turn to the boy I feel I love. He snaps to me, kissing me intensely.

«They finally left, I couldn't wait to be alone with you.»

«Me too, but don't tell them.»

He drags me into the room, throwing me onto the bed.

«Then show me» he says, starting to undress.

I slowly take off my clothes, feeling like the luckiest girl on earth.
