This is one I've mentioned before in Dre's Issues: Dre has very severe social anxiety.
What that means is that he has trouble being in social situations. He doesn't like talking to people or being around people he doesn't know. Being out of the house at a party or event for too long really takes it out of him. He hates people looking at him.
This is actually why he doesn't like to do concerts. He hates being the center of attention and or having people look at him.
