We all know who Alaina is right?
So Alaina is the biological neice of Kim (Kim's twin sisters daughter) and the niece of Marshall (by law)
Marshall adopted Alaina when she was little. We went over this.
Most fans don't know though that Alaina has a twin brother named Adam. Adam is physically handicapped and due to his special needs he lives with his and Alaina's biological father.
