Dre is a perfectionist and there are many stories to go along with this.
One story that has been mentioned once or twice is Dre making Eminem redo the line of a song close to 40 times. What I mean by this is Em would say a line and Dre would go "Do it again but say it like this". And Dre would do this up to 40 times before deciding that it was good enough.
He does this to Em and other artists all the time. Sometimes they redo a line 10 times, sometimes 50, 100, just depends on how Dre's feeling that day.
