One thing about Eminem is that he likes to shock people, that's why he writes such shocking lyrics. He loves to shock people with his words, and this includes Dre.
Em has a rule that Dre isn't allowed to see, read, or hear any of his lyrics until he is completely done with the song. He'll finish it, go into the booth to record, then watch for Dre's reaction as he's recording.
Part of the reason why he does this is also because he doesn't want people to judge what he's writing about until they hear the lyrics in their entirety.
