50-Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth

It's my wedding day.

I slip on my off the shoulder lace wedding dress. My hair is done up in an half up half down, with a few pieces strategically pulled out and curled. My makeup is light, I didn't want to have it too cakey especially with the tears I know that will be shed. 

Bailey comes out of the other room, her lavender bridesmaid dress looks amazing on her. My design of course. Her hair is left down and its curled. She looks up at me and bursts in to tears. 

I rush up to her placing a hand on her shoulder, "Babe are you ok?"

She nods sobbing into her hands. I get Amber to go get Noah. I don't know why she's crying. Is something wrong? 

Noah runs into the room and stands in front of Bailey.

"Bails baby you ok? What happened?" he pulls her into a hug and she hugs him back. 

She pulls away slightly to wipe her eyes and points towards me, "She looks so pretty babe, doesn't she look pretty." she begins to cry harder. 

Noah nods, "Yes she does but why are you crying gorgeous?" she pushes some curls out of her face.

She laughs, "Fuck, I think its the baby hormones."

I watch as Noah stiffens and mine and Ambers eyes widen. Bailey seems to register what she just said as her eyes widen as well.

"Bailey you're pregnant?" I ask. She nods and cries harder.

I run up and engulf her into a hug, "Honey don't cry."

"B-but it-its your d-day." she leans into the hug, "An-and I-I ruined it."

I shake my head, "You didnt ruin anything."

She pulls away wiping her eyes and takes a deep breath, "It's your big day Dee. I was waiting to tell you until you got back from your honeymoon. I didn't want to ruin your day you deserve this."

I feel tears prickle in my eyes, "I'm happy for you Bee. You deserve this, really. You didn't ruin my day, you made it better."

I can't help but think to myself. Knowing I can never experience what Bailey is going through right now. Growing another human inside you. Yeah it hurts but I honestly am happy for them. I can always adopt, Cole and I've talked about it. 

I know it won't be easy but we'll get our family one day. 

She wipes her eyes, "Shit my make-up." I laugh handing her a tissue. 

After she reapplies her make-up Bailey comes over to me pulling me into a hug. 

"I am so so so happy for you Dee. You're are finally getting the happiness you have always deserved. I love you so much." She says and I pull her tighter. 

We eventually pull away and she gives me a big smile, "You ready to do this thang?" She asks and I nod. 

Jasmine comes in and everyone assumes their positions. 

The music begins to play as everyone begins to file in. I watch Amber walk out, then Jasmine, Bailey. 

I take a deep breath and meet up with Caleb. 

He wraps his arm around mine, "Nervous?" He asks and I shake my head, "Excited." I say back. 

It gets to us and we begin walking forward. 

The moment I make eye contact with Cole I feel the tears in my eyes. He looks so good up there and god I love him so much. 

That suit. Oh my.
