My phone alarm wakes me up.

I turn over to see Cole fast asleep. He looks so peaceful. I trace the humming bird tattoo, kissing it before getting out of bed.

Grabbing Cole's discarded shirt I put it on before heading downstairs to the bathroom.

I smile as I use Cole's soap, I love smelling like him.

Cinnamon.

I have classes today one of which required me to sketch out a dress. I stayed up all last night doing it, getting distracted a few times by a very persuasive Cole. It's not my fault, he's my kryptonite.

Once I finish my shower I brush my teeth before putting on some concealer for my under eye bags.

Then I head up stairs to get dress.

Cole is still asleep ask I slip on a fresh set of underwear. I put on a flowy floral skirt that ends above my knees and a white short sleeve crop top. Lacing up my shoes I watch as Cole turns to lay on his stomach.

Standing I walk up to him kissing his shoulder blade before grabbing my phone.

"I'm heading to class." I whisper and I get a grunt as a response.

Heading downstairs I grab my bag before leaving for class.

I turn in my sketches and my professor says she likes the design. Thank the gods.

During lunch I stop at the cafe.

I order a cream cheese bagel and a coffee.

When I turn around, order in hand I see Jasmine sitting at a booth alone.

I walk over to her smiling, "Hey." I say and she looks up at me.

"Is anyone sitting there?" I ask, gesturing to the booth across from her.

She looks at it before her attention flits  back to me, "Louis is sorry." She says and run my teeth over my bottom lip, "Oh ok." I say before heading to the one of the tables outside.

I pull out my phone, scrolling through instagram as I eat my bagel.

Then I look on snap to see Bailey posted something to her story.

I click on it to see a picture of Bailey crying with the caption, 'A thousand boy kisses had no right being that sad, I also realized I don't know how many kisses Noah has given me. 😤'

The snap after is of Noah shirtless cooking something on a stove. The caption reads, 'He felt bad about not keeping track of how many times we have kissed. I think I might wife him up.'

I sweat eighty percent of her story is her ranting about books and the other twenty is Noah.

The rest of my classes finish and I head back to the apartment.

Cole is currently sitting on the couch watching something on tv.

I plop down beside him.

"How were classes?" he asks as I rest my head on his shoulder, "Good I turned in my sketches."

Cole places his hand on my thigh rubbing circles with him thumb.

"So I was thinking I want to take you out tomorrow night." I pick my head up off his shoulder to look at him.

"Really?" I ask and he nods, "Is there a dress code?" I ask.

"Wear something nice." He says and my jaw drops, "Ooo are we having one of those fancy dancy dinners? You know with wine and steak and candles." I say.

Cole looks down and I realize we are having one of those dates.

"Babe no one has ever taken me out on one of those dates, I am super excited. I wish you would've told me sooner so I could make a special dress for the night." Cole's shoulders slacken and I realize he was worried about how I would feel about a fancy date.

"I wanted it to be a surprise." He says and I smile grabbing the sides of his face and smashing his lips to mine.

The next day Cole says he has to run some errands but will be back to pick me up at seven.

I spend most of the day rewatching 'Awkward' and eating candy. At five I decide to hop in the shower.

I use my own soap this time, I also make sure to deep condition my hair so it's all nice and smooth.

Once I am out of the shower I plug in the curling iron before starting on my makeup. It's nothing to drastic, well besides the red lip.

I blow dry my hair before curling the ends.

Upstairs I put on a matching underwear set before slipping on a satin red dress, it's got spaghetti straps and ends mid thigh.

I decide to put a light jacket over it since it's still chilly outside.

After strapping my heels on I decide to wait for Cole on the couch.

I am super excited for tonight, I wonder what a candle lit dinner will be like.

Cole comes back to the house five minutes before seven.

The moment he walks in I pinch my arm. I must be dreaming, and it's the best dream of my life.

Cole stands there in a suit.

A SUIT.

Major swoon.

"Are you eye fucking me right now?" Cole asks and I don't even deny it, "Maybe. I vote for you to wear a suit all the time." I say and he chuckles.

I stand, walking over to him.

He hands me a bouquet of Lillies.

I smile as I take them, "Aren't you quite the gentlemen." I say as I walk over to the kitchen, finding a vase to put the flowers in.

Cole has me follow him out to his car and we drive to the mystery location.

His hand that rests on my thigh shakes slightly.

I grab it, flipping it over and intertwining our fingers.

"You ok?" I ask concerned. He looks over at me and nods, "Yeah."

We pull up to this lake and I take in the sight before me.

Beside the lake is a gorgeous table and chairs set up. With candles and lights hanging from the trees.

"Wow." I say breathlessly as we get out of the car.

Cole looks over to me, "You like it? Spencer thought it was corny."

"He knows?"

"The guys helped me set it up." He says and I think of the four of them hanging lights in the trees.

Cole pulls out a chair for me, before going to sit across from me.

We eat and talk and I think about how I will remember this date forever.

Once we are finished Cole stands extending a hand, "Dance with me?" He asks and a smile breaks out on my face.

Taking his hand I stand and we walk closer to the lake.

I wrap my arms around his neck, while his hands plant themselves on my waist.

"No music?" I tease and Cole just presses his head to mine, "We don't need any."
