Going back there scares me more than anything in the world.

It holds memories I love and memories I hate. The thing is those memories I hate decide to make an appearance last night.

I had a nightmare for the first time in months. Luckily Cole was there to wake me up. He held me as I cried.

Today I go back home. With the dream fresh on my mind I start to shake as we board the plane.

When we sit down at our seats Cole grips my hand, "It'll be ok." He says and I just stare at the ring on my finger.

I am scared to run into him to see his face. Cole promised that if I needed he would go everywhere with me. I love him for that.

The plane takes off and I know it won't be long.

Only a two hour plane ride.

I rest my head on Cole's shoulder, watching as we climb higher and higher in the air.

"Wanna play a game?" He asks and I snort, "Ok Jigsaw."

"Are you going to respond like that every time I say that?" He asks and I nod, "Yep."

"Ok lets play never have I ever."

I remove my head from his shoulder to look at him, "Seriously?" I ask and he nods, "It'll be fun trust me."

I haven't played this game since junior year of high school, but if it helps take my mind off of everything then I will play it.

"Ok hit me." I say.

We hold up both of our hands.

"Never have I ever cried watching 'Home Alone'." I glare at him as I put a finger down.

"That's not fair I felt bad for him being forgotten about and all that."

My biggest mistake was watching home alone with Cole. I cried and he never let me forget it.

You know what two can play at this game.

"Never have I ever tripped getting into a car and falling face first in the passenger seat." I say through a laugh and Cole reluctantly puts a finger down.

"Never have I ever choked on a gummy bear, coughed it up. Watched it fall onto the ground, picked it up and still ate it." He says and I put a finger down.

Ugh five second rule.

"Never have I ever ran away from the rumba." I say and he puts a finger down mumbling, "It was chasing me."

Clearing his through he goes again. We continue to bring up stupid funny things each other have done until all of our fingers are down.

"Should we play another game?" Cole asks and I nod. We still have about an hour left on the flight.

We end up playing another middle school game two truths and a lie.

Turns out Cole went completely vegan for two months when he was fifteen.

After that we just talk until the flight lands.

Getting off the plane we get our luggage before meeting Cal at our gate.

Walking up to him I engulf him into a hug, "I missed you." I say as he hugs me back.

"Missed you too." He says. Pulling away he greets Cole before we get into the car.

When we enter the town a wave of nostalgia hits me. I haven't been here in almost two years. One thing about a small town is, everything looks the same.

We pass by Bailey's house and I point it out to Cole.

"Oh and there is my old high school." I say as we pass the building.

We pull up at my old house and I just sit there, taking it in.

Cole and Cal grab the bags as we head inside.

"Hey who's car was that?" I ask walking past a silver Kia.

Cal looks over to it, "Oh my girlfriends."

Whoah, pump the breaks.

I halt, "Your girlfriends? Cal why didn't you tell me you had a girlfriends? Oh gosh is she in the house now?" I ask frantically.

I was not prepared to meet anyone let alone Cal's mystery woman.

"Her names Raven, she's inside come on she wants to meet you." Cal says and I follow him inside.

When we enter I see a woman sitting on the couch. She's got long black hair with neon green strips through it.

She sees us and stands extending her hand to me, "Hi, I'm Raven." She says and I disregard her hand, pulling her into a hug.

"It's nice to meet you I'm Delilah." I say and she hugs me back. When we part I point to Cole, "And that's my fiancé Cole."

Fiancé....swoon

She shakes his hand, "I heard about that congrats." She tells us.

The four of us take a seat in the living room.

"So how did you meet?" I ask the two of them draping my legs over Cole's lap.

Raven is currently holding Cal's hand.

"We met at school actually." She says and I brighten, "Oh you are in culinary school too?" I ask and she nods.

"Yeah we were partnered for this assignment together." She says her eyes never leaving my brothers.

I can tell the two of them are happy.

"So Cal tells me you are in school for fashion design." She says and I nod, "So is that where you two met?" She asks.

I look to Cole and then back to her, "Sort of his brother is the one who attends my college actually." I say and she nods, "So how did you two meet?" She asks and I smile, "A frat party."

Cole rolls his eyes.

Cal makes dinner and the four of us enjoy a meal before Raven heads back home.

After that I show Cole my childhood room.

I point to the corner where my mirror stands, "And there is where threw up after realizing you shouldn't mix your alcohols."

We take a seat on my bed.

"Are you sure you want to go tomorrow?" Cole asks and I nod.

I had made the decision to go to Matt's parents place tomorrow. It was during our talk on the flight, I realized I couldn't just be scared of him my whole time here.

I needed to be able to walk into this town I grew up in without feeling sick.

I nod grabbing his hand and intertwining our fingers, "I need to do this."
