35-Cole Beans*

Besides Jasmine today has been such a great day. I woke up in Cole's arms, talked to Bailey and Cal, and am now moving in to my boyfriends place. 

On the way to the apartment I stop at Taco Bell for dinner. I make sure to get extra cinnamon twists for a mid night snack tonight. 

Halfway to Cole's my phone rings, looking I see it's Bailey. Answering the call I put it on speaker. I am being such an illegal driver right now, it's freaking me out. 

The call connects and Bailey's voice rings through the car. 

"Hey babe how was the talk with your roomie?" I sigh, "She didn't yell at me." I say trying to look in the bright side. 

"Uh oh what happened?"

I groan, "She didnt say much but she was less than enthusiastic about it. Then I asked her to hang out next weekend and she said she was busy. Do you think she's cutting me off?" I ask.

"If she is it's her loss. She can't be that mad it's just a dorm room honestly she's just overreacting." Bailey says and I can hear shuffling on her side. 

"Is Noah there?" I ask when I hear laughter, "No it's just my roommate. Noah has practice until late so I am stuck in my own dorm." She sounds anything but thrilled to be there. 

I pull up into the parking lot, putting my car in park. 

"I gotta go Bee, I'm back at the apartment." I say grabbing the bags of food. 

She squeals, "Ooo go have some hot sex with your new roommate, bye Dee." She says and hangs up. 

I step out of the car setting the bags of food down so I can grab my suitcase and duffle bag. Once I have that I grab the food bags and head towards the apartment. 

Making it up to our floor I knock for Cole since I don't really have a free hand to use the key. 

Cole opens the door and the moment he see's me he laughs. 

"Need a hand?" I would say yes but one of the taco bags is being carried by my teeth so instead I just nod. 

He takes my suitcase and the bag from my mouth. 

I put my duffle bag on the ground before sitting on the couch beside Cole. 

"So how was Jasmine? She was cool with it huh?" He asks and I shake my head, "I don't think she was, I don't know it was confusing."

That was an understatement. At least if she yelled or something I would know where we stood. 

He hands me a taco from the bag, "People are confusing." He says and I hum, "definitely."

As we eat I tell him about some Cal's birthday coming up in two months. It feels so far away but I don't know what to get him. 

I want to be able to be there for his birthday but just like last year I don't think I can take going back there. Cole did offer that if I wanted to try and go he would come with me. 

I end up eating my extra order of cinnamon twists. Looks like chocolate covered gummy bears will have to do tonight. 

After dinner I head up stairs to start unpack. Cole helps me as well, pointing out clothes he knows I made. 

He actually got them all right which was cute but also not hard saying ninety five percent of my wardrobe was designed by me. 

Once we are done with that he helps me unpack the rest of my stuff, finding places for them. After that I am wiped out so we get into bed.
