Chapter 11: A Date or A Punishment!

"So you are saying that you will go tomorrow,
Only because your uncle agreed on it but Mayaan you can still reject!".

I protested,

Mayaan kept crying she didn't spoke a word but I was getting furiously angry on Mr.Saleh's decision.

I looked at her, she was quite & was in a deep thought but than she declared;

"Omair,
I will go for lunch with Jadlaan any way someday I have to get marry,
So why shouldn't I listen to that man,
May be their must be something good about him
Or
May be he truly loves me,
That's why,
he's so desperate to proof himself to me!".

And I was stunned cause I couldn't believe what she just said now,

"Are you out of your mind girl!!".

I shrugged Mayaan by her shoulders, she stared at me & tears drizzled from those eyes,

"I don't have any option",

She said in a lower voice,

"No you have do an option and that's a simple "NO".
Got it!!!".

I ordered her,

"What is so bad about him that you say
NO!!!
Hmmm..
Tell me",

She asked,

"It's everything Mayaan",

I claimed,

"Like what Omair?".

She questioned,

"Like he doesn't loves you!"

I warned,

"How could you say that just by one meeting!".

She doubted on me,

"Cause he admires your physical beauty only, not what you are from inside, he just wants to achieve you,
Wether by hook or by crook".

I said bitterly & Mayaan was like stung from my words.

"Omair,
I think it's getting late you should sleep,
Goodnight & thanks!"

Mayaan wiped the tears from her cheeks & stood up, so did I.
She walked in her room & closed the door & curtains.

I came back to my room, I guess maybe Mayaan didn't liked the way I explained things about Jadlaan.
I took my phone & dialled her number, the phone kept ringing but she didn't answered it.

Maybe I shouldn't have said all that.
Was that all so bad that she just walked away.

"Seriously this girl is not easy to understand,
She's mysterious than I thought!".

I laid back on my bed. What was going in Mayaan's head that she left like that. Every day I think that I came to know a little bit about her but every day I end up like an episode of a suspense show, the next thing will be revealed next day or after a week.

"Beside all this,
What's the matter with my heart,
It over reacts on her presence,
I thing em going through a health problem, I guess I need to persuade a cardio.

Huuuuuhhhhh.......".

I sighed closing my eyes & guess what I see Mayaan in her today's party dress, she was bewitching in that colour.
