Chapter 45: Lifeguard or cheerleader.

Am I not capable to be trusted by you or because I'm a computer geek; so, I'm not good for a challenge to save you!

What's wrong with me that you keep running away from me?

"I will reject the proposal my dear but if the guy who has accepted the challenge of fight for you loves you, he won't quit because now it's a matter of his honor and a man only fights for a girl when he is in love with her and he wants to protect her",

Words echoed in my ears,

"Omair is fighting for his honor but it doesn't mean he loves me, he's just a good friend who cares more",

I took a deep breath and went to the reception again. It was my fifth time asking about Mr.Githaini;

"Ma'am I told you before he's busy in a meeting and I'm afraid he won't be able to meet you",

The receptionist informed with raised brows and continued doing her work on computer. I looked around there were no securities;

"Excuse me could you please keep my cell with you for a while",

I kept my phone on the counter; the lady smiled and took it. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath because I was about to do something which I have never done in my whole life;

"I hate you Omair for making me do something like this",

I mumbled beneath my breath and ran for the corridor, the receptionist called out the securities behind me but I ran as fast as I could & found the meeting room,

SLAM!!!

I slammed the door and ran inside while the meeting was going on; the guards came in and grabbed me;

"Please let me talk to Mr.Githaini,

Please..,

It's the matter of someone's life",

I shouted,

An old gentleman spoke from behind the crowd. The group of people cleared the way for him as he stepped towards me. The guards stood behind while leaving me;

"Come with me young lady",

The old gentle man said softly and he took me out of the meeting room but I was in rush because the match has already started and I had to take Mr.Githaini to see the match;

"Sir, I can't wait,

Please tell me where is Mr.Githaini?

I need to meet him before something happens to Omair",

I requested worriedly, the old man smiled and asked me with lifted brows;

"I'm Mr.Githaini and who is Omair?"

"Sir,

I will explain the whole thing on our way to the club",
