KILLER EYES

CHAPTER 27

I woke up and to be honest I don't even remember how I fell asleep last night, the sun was shining in my room and I was sad that spring is starting.

My favourite season is slowly coming to an end and I think I haven't enjoyed it as I should have and instead of good memories, I made bad ones that I don't want to think about.

I sighed and put on my uniform I also did my hygiene even though my birthday is today I don't feel like anything changed, I think this day is sadder than the days before, so I'm not enjoying it that much.

My steps headed to kitchen where I found an envelope with money and a birthday card, probably from my father.

I sighed as I looked at the birthday card and money, why even bother when you left us ?

Lovely father huh???

Whenever I asked her about it she just cut me off and her personality changed to a whole different person. She always says that they divorced in a good way, but I think it was the opposite.

I left the money and card on the kitchen table and went outside. It was quite warm outside so it was hot under my coat that was on my uniform. Leaves are slowly starting to form on the trees and everything is starting to be more colorful than before.

I never asked about my father and I didn't care but I remember that she once showed me a picture of them at the high school ball and I can say that they both looked really happy.

I smiled at the thought of her being in high school and I slowly realized how quickly the time is passing by. Maybe me and Jasper will have the same pictures once we graduate.

I didn't even realize that I'm in front of the school and my steps headed to my class and to my desk. It was quite early so I arrived first, which didn't surprise me at all.

I sat at my desk and rested my hand on it, this day was supposed to be full of celebrating and smiling but it's somehow boring and everything is so depressing same as before.

I sighed and closed my eyes, I was tired and I didn't want to do anything. My body became more and more heavier and I found myself slowly falling asleep.

,,ALEXANDRIA SMITH!'' Somebody screamed right beside my ear and I could feel how I lost my hearing.

I instantly woke up and when I looked around me my whole class was holding their laugh and my Biology teacher was standing above me.

His hands were crossed on his chest and I could see how angry he was at me just by looking at his face, I could see that he's ready to hit me at anytime.

,,I'm sorry" I said quietly as I lower my head.

,,I thought you were a good student but you are going down hill Alexandria'' he said with a serious voice and headed towards the board where he started explaining the new lesson.

He was not taking his eyes off of me so falling asleep again won't be the best idea that's why I started taking notes.
