Previously: It's on the table. I hope you don't mind that I didn't wait up for you," she said as a way to distract her.

We Continue...

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Evangeline tried to not let herself be touched that Ivon even made food for her, but it just so happened that food from people at random times was her weakness. She walked to the table and sat. And just like that, she was crying again. But also eating quite quickly as usual. "Thank you."

She said while sniffling. "Thank you so much." "Don't worry about it. And I have a strong hope for Atokaru to have a full recovery soon. If by the end of tomorrow he has yet to wake up that's when we start to panic," She said as a small joke.

She liked joking a little in times of stress, she found that it helped. Evangeline did not find that funny. She had already been panicking and now the tears were flowing faster. She pushed her clean plate forward and put her arms on the table. Hiding her face because she knew how pitiful she looked when she cried.

"That was mean..." She said between the normal sniffles and things that people had when they cried. "Mmm..." He began to stir in his sleep. He was out for quite a while, but it seemed like he might be close to waking up...

Evangeline's eyes widened and she sat up. Wiping her eyes and looking back. Putting her plate in the sink. Before moving back over to where she had been for a bunch of hours during his coma. "You really shouldn't joke like that. I've been really scared these hours he's been asleep you know."

She said as she walked over. Not sure if he had moved or not, and then dropped the idea after sitting down. She then sniffled a bit still, laying her head on the bed. Then softly grasped his hand as she had the night before.

And becoming sleepy. He doesn't move much... though he gently squeezes Evan's hand. Her heart speeds up. "Tantan?" Her eyes start welling up again as she sits up.

"...Sao..?" His eyes were still closed, though he stirred once more. Maybe he's in the middle of some sort of dream..? Or maybe he's on the verge of waking up..? It's hard to tell-

Tears streamed down her face. "I'm so glad you're ok." She said, smiling. "Yeah, it's me." She put his hand up to her face.

He slowly opens his eyes, trying to sit up as he looks around, seeming.. a little confused. His senses weren't entirely clear, so he couldn't see or hear much, other than the person right next to him. "Where.. am I..?" "We're back at the apartments. The ones the game was at." She paused. "At Ivon's place." She was so glad just to hear his voice.

"I see... But.. didn't I fall asleep.. in the Costco..?" He still seemed very tired- most likely from having just woken up after a few days of sleep. "It's a long story... But in short, I brought you over here. Ivon told me you were in a coma. So I freaked out and brought you here." She wanted to help him in any way she could so providing context was probably the easiest. "Huh... I.. don't believe there was much to worry about..."

"Well you've been asleep for basically two days, so there was a bit to worry about." She let out a sigh of relief she had been holding back. "It seems you're ok now though, I'm glad." "Yeah... I'm... doing fairly well..." "Do you want some water and food? You probably need it."
