Lars had seen a few millisecond-long glimpses of them as he wandered aimlessly. When he did, the only feeling he had was jealousy, gut-wrenching envy that made him want to ram his head into a wall. But what did Lars deserve? Lars wondered. Did he deserve anything?
Maybe not... but then why would he be so angry for no good reason? As he struggled with this, he found a wall to sit against and decided to brood there.
