Previously: So she was still curled sort of in a ball. But she was peaceful nonetheless.

---------------------------------------------------------
She woke, rather suddenly. Sweat dripped down her back. She'd had a small nightmare but it would be fine. She slowly sat up and lowered one foot at a time onto the carpet slipping on her shoes as well. She was full of energy, and she kinda wanted to go on a scavenger hunt.
She opened the door and walked out to find Atokaru still at his post. She walked up to him. "Heyo I'm gonna go get something I'll be back soon." She said with a smile. She decides to test her luck and turns his face towards her with her finger.
And gives him a real kiss this time before skipping away into the streets of Sacramento once more. Atokaru.exe has stopped working- She walked eagerly needing to figure out what she came out here looking for anyway. She honestly just needed cardio. The sounds of banging metal and punching could be heard.
She was pretty deep in thought. Humming her usual tune. Not alert at all. I mean she had walked down this way many times with no problem at all. "Oh!"
That's what I need, hair ties, she thought. Her old ones had broken. The sounds continued for a moment, only getting louder, until.... "RAAAA!!" A shout, and then a trash bin is thrown into the streets, rolling along while clanging loudly against the ground. She's caught off guard and jumps from this squealing a little as she does so.
But, she should be fine as long as she avoids it right? So she turned around, maybe there's somewhere to find hair ties in the opposite direction. Walking a bit faster than before. Another shout, another trash bin, but this time, the bin was directed at Evan's direction. Luckily for her, it didn't seem to go very far.
She saw she was being aimed at and she took it personally. Turning around. It would probably be better to not have her back to the situation anyway. The red-haired man steps out of the alleyway and begins to streak in Evan's direction. He seems pretty mad... but why..?
Evangeline is taken off guard. Falling back onto her but, but then rolls back and gets back onto her feet, running anywhere but the Sutter green apartments. What the hell... He begins to pursue. Silently, as to not draw attention to himself. He wasn't gonna let this go easily...
She ducks into an alleyway, not running too fast, it would kill off her stamina too quickly. Trying to throw him off. He tries to follow Evan, but he loses sight of her before she goes into the alleyway. He lets out a shout of frustration before just standing there and taunting the girl. "I can do this all day, missy... Come on out! If I have to find ya myself, this'll be a lot more painful..."
She takes a deep breath to calm herself, and continues winding through the different alleyways. This reminded her of how she'd felt when there were girls disappearing from her neighborhood. Not me.. She thought, pulling her pocket knife out of her leg holder. "Well?! You gonna show yourself?! Or are you gonna keep playin' chicken?"
He's getting very impatient- "Wh-" She stopped herself. Talking might let him know where she was. What did he even want from her. She sighed, and readied herself to move.
