Chapter 42

Kitsune's POV:

"So you are saying that Madara came back and declared the fourth great ninja war?"

Kakashi nii asked for confirmation. We just returned from the conversation as we were informed of the declaration

"Yes, but this time he did not attack, he just sat by the destroyed table. He did tell us that if we brought to him the other Rinnegan eye, whatever that is and the last two jinchuriki, there will be no more war."

"I say we do it, besides it will stop us from having our shinobi."

"Are you saying that we sacrifice my brother?!"

Came the outraged shout of the Fourth Raikage, triggered by the statement of the Third Tsuchikage.

"Oi Naruto"

'Huh? Kurama what's wrong?'

He only calls me by my name if it is important, so it must be.

"I know what that Madara fake wants. It is probably trying to revive the Ten Tails."

'The one you told me from your many bed time stories?'

"Yes, but remember that is history. He already has six of my siblings, with Shukaku, Giyuuki and me left. But since a portion of Shukaku's chakra is already taken, ours is the only ones needed."

'So we can't let them catch you, or any of my clones in that case.'

"They can capture your Blood clones, they recieved no chakra from me. Tell them the information I told you."

"Think about it Raikage, if we give Madara what he wants then no one will be hurt -"

"With all due respect Tsuchikage sama, you are terribly wrong."

All the participants in the room looked towards me, surprised that I interrupted a quarrel between two Kages.

"What do you mean brat?"

"The Kyuubi has told me something."

"The Kyuubi? How do we know it's not a joke?"

"Unlike your village's defenses, this is no joke. For one, the one who declared the war is not Madara, since the kyuubi could recognize that Uchiha legend's chakra signature. Two, if he did manage to get all of the tailed beasts, then the Jyuubi will be the product. A ten tailed beast that has the power to flatten everything with just one swipe of a tail. It's power being divided resulted into the nine tailed beasts, so just imagine all of their destructive power into one. It's not good."

"So what are you saying we should do, Kitsune san?"

This time, it's from Gaara. He and Shukaku may not be best buddies but atleast they are working together now, so Shukaku probanly told him some details that were not mentioned. Probably. Knowing him it is a definite no.

"We have no choice but to go to war I guess. That is if all the Kage are willing to."

"Of course I will fight with you Kitsune san, our village is in debt to you."

"Suna will fight alongside you to, Kitsune."

"To keep my brother safe, the Hidden Cloud will join the war."

"Amegakure will help in all that we can."

Everyone looked towards the old Tsuchikage, who looks like he is considering of not joining.

"Fine, Iwa will join in the war too. Anyways why are you the one calling the shots here?!"

I blinked a couple of times before bowing my head.

"I'm sorry, I was just used to leading that I stepped out of line."

And so, the planning commenced. The five Kages and the leaders of Ame agreed that all of the deployed forces will be meeting at Kumogakure.

"Oh, that's right, Nagato sama, you did say that the enemies are using Edo tensei right? Is there a seal that may stop them?"

"I am sorry, I do not know much about the jutsu"

Answered the red headed leader, who is currently recieving a small glare from Tsunade sama.

I cleared my throat shortly after to gain everyone's attention once again. God am I being annoying?

"I may be of help. I have been studying a lot of scrolls from our village and seeing as the Edo Tensei came from our village, I know the seal used to stop it."

"But isn't that from the -"

"Please not now, Minato sama. As I was saying, thanks to that, I may be able to provide some form of help when it comes to sealing them, as of this moment I am instructing a clone to mass produce them."

"Won't simple sealing work against them?"

Asked the Fourth Raikage.

"The only sealing that works against them that I am aware of is that of the Sealing Corps from Suna, other sealing technic agaimst them from other nations don't work, no offense."

"Are you sure you will be able to make enough for the whole army Kitsune?"

Came the voice of the Tsuchikage.

"No."

Everyone rose up ready to kill me, but I simply raised my hand up in surrender.

"Please wait, I may not be able to provide enough but Konan sama here may be able to."

"Me?"

"Konan, are you able to change your papers into something else?"

"Yes I can change them into exploding tags and other seals if I know them."

"Are you able to replicate this?"

I asked, giving her a piece of rectangular paper for her to analyze.

"Yes but it may take a few takes to get all the strokes right. The other downfall to this is that my chakra reserves may not be able to transform enough paper to this seal to cover the whole army. Not only that, I have limited resources."

"Konan we must use the lake"

"But that would make -"

"It's fine, it is what we must do for peace."

"Of course."

"You don't have to make enough for the whole army, maybe around half is fine, I'll handle the other half. Thank you for your cooperation."

We discussed other further plans, with me revealing that my shadow clones have created thousands of different seals for different purposes. It was a good thing I listened to my hunches along with Kakashi nii san's hunch. He was on point which was scary.
