Karin's POV:
"Now that all of your documents are finished, you are now officially a genin of Konohagakura no Sato. Sadly, you will be the only genin in your team as there are currently no other genin available. Your sensei will meet you soon, she should be able to find you so don't worry about going far."
"Hai Hokage sama."
It has been nearly a year since I met that Kitsune guy. He recommended that I should take the genin exam to be an official ninja of this village.
'Just you wait Sasuke kun! I will impress you so much that you will love me! '
He is probably the only reason I wanted to become a genin anyways. That and to get away from Suigetsu, that guy is annoying and he ruins every chance that I get to spend with my Sasuke kun.
"LEE!"
"GAI SENSEI!"
Huh? I look to my side to see two male ninjas hugging each other in their green soandex, with a image that looks like a beach and rainbows.
"Kai"
Huh? It did not work? What is that then?
I, along with the other onlookers decided to go on with our lives. The sensei Hokage sama told me has not yet been revealed but I guess if they can find me it will be fine if I go to the Weapon store for a while. Having an extra kunai or shuriken could save me, maybe even ninja wires.
I slowly made my way towards where the map I acquired is telling me. Eyes were fixed on my body as I nudge the sleeves of my clothes down to cover more of my exposed hand. I know that I am covering every inch of my body just to hide the bite marks around me but I still feel insecure whenever someone looks at me.
A few more seconds of walking and I finally arrived at the store. Entering the store, it looked normal. Swords hanging by the walls and many storage scrolls are arranged by the shelves, probably containing the throwable weapons. Looking towards the counter there is a man.
Hanging by every inch of his clothes, being held by multiple kunais and shurikens by the wall. He gave me an awkward wave and I waved back awkwardly and decided to leave.
Konoha really is a weird place.
Walking around aimlessly, I arrived at a small ramen shop. I took a small peak to see a redheaded boy surrounded by probably thirty empty bowls.
I decided to walk away, not even questioning his eating habbits.
Finally, after an hour has passed and nearly being peed on by a nin dog, a small concentration of chakra can be felt behind me. I grabbed my tanto that Sasuke kun gave me(threw away, he both a new one although it was still in perfect condition) and got on a stance.
Finally, a flutter of a few leaves can be seen as a person stood in the middle with a wide grin. The person is a female with red hair tied on a high ponytail, she has the standard jonin vest and the Konoha headband on her forehead.
"Hello! I am your Jonin sensei, Uzumaki - Namikaze Kushina! Nice to meet you -te bane!"
'Another Uzumaki like me? Konoha really is a strange place. But I kinda like it.'
