Sneaking around (18+)

AN: In the last chapter, our two misinformed dualists, sealed their deal and, had to have more. Melissa, is coming back. Will Alexei's feelings change? Will his craving for Mac stop?

Alexei lay in bed, with Mac in his arms. It felt so right. She fit so perfectly. He felt a sense of belonging. That they belonged to each other. He had made her his. "Could he let her move on with someone else. If just the thought of her with someone else years ago, had almost killed him, had totally broken him, then what, would the reality of her being with another man after he made her his, in every way, do to him. Could he bear to let another touch her, make love to her, marry her, have children with her?" (AN:He's thinking about the reason why he let her go before. He thought she cheated on him. Then found out that she hadn't. I have no patience with men who don't know what they want. I want to smash Alexei's face right now.) Alexei was working himself up just thinking those thoughts. His hold on Mac tightened and she mumbled his name and snuggled closer. He spent the rest of the night until dawn arrived, just holding her and looking at her.

When the alarm went off at 5am, he left the bed but not before giving Mac a kiss on her lips. She smiled in her sleep. He walked out of her room back to his own and failed to see the small figure standing there. AJ was a kid but he wasn't stupid. "He knew that Alexei was the reason why Mac cried at night. He had heard her say his name many times. He wondered now, why Alexei was coming out of her room. He wasn't even dressed. Alexei was only wearing boxers." AJ was determined to find out, so he went back into his room to get ready for school. It was too early but the sooner he got ready, the sooner he would be back, then he would have a talk with Alexei. He nodded his head in acknowledgement and Shadow and Toothless who slept in his room, looked at him and nodded their heads, copying him, or also of the same mind? (Cats are intelligent creatures. I swear they know everything. When I thought my cat was pregnant, I cried and she crawled all over me to comfort me. She stood still, while I hugged her. Don't ask me why I cried.  I have no clue. In hindsight, it was probably because I didn't know who the father was and neither did she.)

Alexei got ready and went down for breakfast. Jenny was already there. So was AJ. The latter was giving him strange looks. As if, he were dissecting  him. Alexei smiled at the little guy and he, gave him a narrow eyed, stare with a smirk of his lips. Alexei was confused at the little guy's behavior. "He wondered what was up with him. If truth be told, he felt a bit intimidated by him." Luckily for him, Jenny asked him a question about the company and he could escape AJ's weird looks. Alexei's mind however, was upstairs, in a bedroom, on the bed. He wondered why Mac hadn't come down to breakfast then, realizing, how silly his  thoughts were, he inwardly smirked. He had worn her out. So, ofcourse, she was still asleep. His smirk disappeared when she suddenly appeared, claiming,  that she was starving. It quickly reappeared, when he figured out that maybe she was starving because of all the 'exercise' she got last night. (AN: Maybe she just hadn't had dinner or eaten enough last night at dinner. Men think they are responsible for everything a woman does! I'm just saying........It could be,  because of all the sex! 🙈)

Upon seeing Alexei at the table, Mac the little minx, winked at him. She sauntered over and sat next to him. He gulped at the look on her face. The brother was dissecting him and the sister was challenging him. A hand landed on his knee. He jumped. Smiling at him, Mac asked if he was alright. He said he was fine, and couldn't help smiling at her. Her hand stayed still for a few minutes while she dished up her breakfast. Her thumb was rubbing a circular pattern on his thigh, causing him to get excited. He started to twitch inside his trousers. He put a hand on hers, to stop her. She giggled. That's when he saw how it was. The little minx was teasing him. He smirked at her and she got confused. He saw a look of wariness in her eyes. He smirked again. "Oh, that's the way you want to play it huh? You are going to see! Yes, I have something in store for you! Just wait," he thought to himself. Feeling smug, he ate his breakfast and announced his departure for work. At the door, he stopped, turned and winked at her, smiled and left. Mac sat there confused. She took a sip of her juice to check if there was something in the juice that made him, suddenly act, out of character. The juice tasted normal. Shrugging, she carried on with breakfast.
