"How are you? Is he treating you right? Hindi ka naman ba niyan sinasaktan?" Nag-aalalang tanong ng daddy niya.
She smiled. Even if she has a husband now his father's care never falter.
"No, Dad. I'm okay here and he's taking care of me naman. Hindi niya naman ako sinasaktan so don't worry, okay?"
He sighed. "Glad to know that. If he hurt you, don't ever hesitate to leave that house and come to us. I'll teach that man a lesson."
She chuckled. "Yes, Dad. How are you and mama? Are you doing good? Wala ka naman na bang ibang sakit na nararamdaman?"
"I'm okay and fully recovered now. I'm taking care of the company and it's doing fine."
"Glad to know that. If there's an available time, why don't you take a vacation with mama? Atleast one week?"
"We'll surely do that. And you'll come with us of course."
"I love the idea but no thanks, Dad. Kayo nalang po ni mama para ma-relax naman kayong dalawa. Besides, after all the stress that had passed I think you deserve that."
"I know you are stress too so you should come with us to relax also."
Natawa siya sa sinabi nito. "Si Daddy talaga. Kayo na nga lang po ni mama. Wag nang makulit okay?"
"If you come with us, I'll buy you your favorite brand of bag."
Natigil siya,
"Si Daddy talaga! I'd love that more but I want you to relax with mom. Bye na nga po, baka kung ano pa i-offer mo e."
Pinatay niya ang tawag at inihagis ang cellphone sa kama niya. She pouted and lay on her bed.

Matagal na siyang hindi nakakapag shopping at mas lalo niya iyong na-miss nang banggitin iyon ng daddy niya.
"Argh!" Inis na napapadyak siya sa kama. It's still early in the morning when her dad called her. She miss to buy bags, clothes, and jewelries! She miss to pamper herself. Nitong mga nakaraan ay hindi niya na ito nagagawa dahil masiyado siyang busy.
"Ano ba, ang likot mo natutulog ako."
"It's already 6 AM. You should get up and get ready."
"Let me sleep peacefully."
"Whatever, don't blame me once you get late in your office time."
"Tss. I'm the boss so why would I be worried about getting late."
She rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
She went down stairs and fixed what Ace is going to wear and woke him up to get ready.
"Good morning sleepy head. It's time to get ready baby because today is Monday."
He stirred and looked at her and closed his eyes again. "Good morning, 'my." He mumbled and sat on his bed. That's his strategy in waking himself completely and would stand up after a minute and get ready.
She bathed him in warm water and fixed his uniform to wear.
"Let's eat?"
"Okay, Mommy!"
They went downstairs and started eating the breakfast that their Yaya prepared for them. Damon is still not in the dining so they already ate first because he'll be going late for school. It's not a problem if they eat first because he already said before that it's okay and he understands but he's there when it comes to driving Ace to school. She already insisted that she can drive Ace to school but he refused. Maybe he doesn't trust her when it comes to driving especially with his son and it's okay for her. She didn't get disappointed or unhappy. She understands that he just wants his son safe and it makes her proud of him. He is a good father.
