Beomgyu yawned, looking at the time.
"Beomgyu-ah, you're checking the time every five mins. What's the matter?" Jeongin nudged the raven-haired, bursting the bubble he was residing in.
"How long will it take him to call my name!?" Beomgyu huffed at Mr. Min who momentarily glared at him as if he could hear the malice in his voice before turning back to the student in front of him to brief. "Taehyunnie is waiting for me!!"
Jeongin chuckled, he was thinking Beomgyu had some real serious problems to deal with.
"Choi Beom—"
"Yess!?" Beomgyu almost ran through the class to reach the front, startling everyone. "Where do I have to write my name and stuff?" He quickly took the pen and started scribbling on the paper piece where Mr. Min had pointed.
"Have you finished your painting or what? You seem like you can present it right now instead of three days later." Mr. Min chuckled seeing the younger fill-up the details about his upcoming assignment so eagerly.
"To be honest, I haven't started yet—" The professor's smile disappeared, what else was he expecting from the person who never failed to start his assignment if the deadline wasn't near. "—I was thinking if you could cut me some slack since you're my brother's friend hahaha."
"Hmm, the passing bar is around 60%. How about I make it 65% especially for you?"
"You—"
"70%?" Mr. Min smirked when Beomgyu shut up, groaning. "Have you even found a subject for your painting?" He asked once Beomgyu stood straight, looking satisfied with his details.
"It's a secret~" Beomgyu sang to himself before waving off to Jeongin in the distance and getting out of the classroom.
"This boy!!" Mr. Min's eyes landed on Beomgyu's entry, a sigh escaped his mouth at the love-sickness of the boy, soon he was smiling softly at the words;
"My Light."

Slurp.
Beomgyu peeked through his bangs. He thought he should say something, anything. But he knew Taehyun would dismiss him casually. Again.
Every time they kissed, Taehyun always managed to act like nothing happened between them afterwards, and if Beomgyu wasn't lying, it was starting to get in his nerves.
Yet, he kept his patience. But it couldn't be that it meant nothing to Taehyun, judging by the way he responded earlier in the afternoon. So, it was a flight or fight situation for him now.
Taehyun abruptly stood up, "My dinner is over. I shall get going now."
Beomgyu quickly gulped down the soup, almost burning his throat to stop the younger, "It's too late now. Stay the night here?"
He wasn't sure what shifted but Taehyun, instead of stating the contractual facts like he kept doing in Daegu, now just sighed and then nodded. It was a bit surprising but as long as Taehyun stayed there, Beomgyu minded nothing.
Beomgyu smiled dreamily as Taehyun washed the utensils before heading to his room. He looked at his food that he had barely touched because of all the thoughts in his mind, and started to chomp quickly.
When he finished and reached his room, Taehyun had already changed into his white pajama set that Beomgyu had borrowed him once, and he was putting on the bed so he could tuck in. The older took it as a pointer, almost running to the bathroom to be done with brushing his teeth super clean, making sure his breath smelled nice, and putting on his fluffiest pajamas. Oh, and he didn't forget to sprinkle some water on his hair to dampen them so they could appear a bit longer.
