CHRISTMAS BREAK CAME TO AN END, Y/n was packing her belongings, putting them all neatly in her trunk.

It was a wonderful holiday with the Weasleys – they were very kind people and she instantly found herself a new family.

Especially knowing about their parents' past. Y/n wrote them a letter, asked about who the marauders were and why they didn't tell her or JJ about them.

As she closed her trunk – she heard a knock on the door. Y/n looked over her shoulder, finding Harry – standing and smiling at the door way.

"Finished packing?" he asked. Y/n gave him a nod as she stood up, walking towards him.

"Yeah, you?" she asked. To which Harry responded with a nod.

He revealed his hand – holding a black hoodie. It seemed really warm and comfortable.

He then handed her the hoodie. "It's still cold outside," he said, scratching his neck nervously, "And giving you my hoodies is a part of the deal."

Y/n chuckled – before putting the hoodie over her shirt. It was a little oversized for her, but it fit just as well. She felt warmer immediately.

"Thanks," said Y/n.

"No problem," Harry smiled – before he grabbed her luggage. "I'll take these down."

Before she could say anything, Harry had already walked down the stairs with her things.

Y/n soon followed behind, watching her steps carefully as she walked down.

"I kind of called it, you know," Y/n heard JJ's voice, "I was always like 'ooh, little Y/n's got a thing for Harry Potter!'"

His remark was followed by laughs and chuckles – and when Y/n arrived at the living room, she saw everyone rounded up with their stuff ready to go.

JJ had his arm around Hermione, and it was so surreal to see her brother have that sort of relationship with someone.

They then went to king's cross – said their goodbyes to Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, and board the train.

Harry and Y/n were forced to sit together again, but they already agreed that they'd have to make their relationship believable.

So both of them laughed and cracked some stupid jokes on the train just to make it seem like they were enjoying each other's presence. No crazy pda though.

They arrived at Hogwarts and were sent to the great hall for the feast. Y/n, JJ, Ben, and Hermione sat at Harry's and his friend's usual spot at the table, joining their group.

Y/n & Harry walked in with their arms linked, and that sure caught a lot of people's attention.

The students' eyes were plastered all over them, even the teachers.

The hall broke into whispers when they saw Y/n & Harry together, although she couldn't quite figure out what they were saying.

"Pretend i said something funny," Harry whispered. And even though she thought it was stupid, Y/n played along – laughing.

Dean Thomas and Seamus Finnigan were both intrigued by their relationship – because Harry and Y/n weren't close at all, and then suddenly they were a couple.

"So, the whole hating each other ordeal was just to hide your feelings, huh?" Dean asked teasingly.

"Sure was!" said Y/n, "I was just scared of telling him how i felt."

"So how'd this all come about?" Seamus asked, curiously.

"We were at the yule ball," Harry started, "I've liked her for a while – but when i danced with her that night i just felt something. I needed to tell her mate, i couldn't keep it in."
