Unexpected ➵ Hayes Grier

Chapter 14

Heleyna's POV

"Heleyna..." my eyes flutter open and I see Hayes crouched above me, the worry in his face evident. "Are you okay?"

I look around and see everybody else standing right above me, their expressions all the same as they wait for my answer. I sit up nodding my head. "Ya, I'm fine."

"Oh my god Heleyna, I'm so sorry, I didn't know." Jc says hugging me.

"It's okay. It's my fault for not telling you." I say. I look around, everyone's face is now in relief.

"Hey can you guys leave us alone for a second." Hayes says not looking away from me.

"Sure." Nash says, taking everyone inside of the hotel. I look at Hayes speechless.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Is that all your going to say every time I get hurt?" I snap.

"Well, I have to make sure your not hurt anymore before I say anything else." He says. I sit there speechless. He has a point. I look down. "Ya, I'm fine." I softly reply to his first question. All this time I've been mad at him for no reason. He really does care about me.

"Heleyna, I need you to hear me out, will you?" I nod my head.

"I'm sorry I never did anything when I saw what Jax did to you at my party. I'm sorry I didn't do anything when Maddie was beating you up. I screwed up. Big time. I know you won't forgive me this quick, I don't expect it either, but I want to make it up to you. I'm going to take you somewhere before we leave California. Hopefully you'll believe me then." Hayes says looking down. I didn't know what to say so I just hug him.

"I forgive you." I say. I know I will regret it, but I don't care. All I know is that I have Hayes no matter what happens. And if he doesn't save me, I have 5 other people at school to back me up.

"Where are you going to take me?" I ask him.

"That is a surprise." He says helping me up off the ground.

"I hate it when you do that." I say kind of getting pissed off. I then push him in the pool.

"HELEYNA."He screams before splashing in. I couldn't help but laugh. I then feel a hand grab my wrist and pull me in. I splash in and struggle to swim up again. But I notice Hayes is still holding my wrist. He pulls me up and carries me to the shallow side of the pool.

"Don't you ever do that again." I say trying to catch me breath. He then pulls me into a hug.

"I won't let anything happen to you. I promise this time." Hayes says not letting go.

Nash's POV

I look at Hayes and Heleyna out the window of my room. I share mine with Cameron and Jc since the o2l guys are going to the event with us tomorrow.

I look at Heleyna laughing and hugging Hayes. They look cute together.

Too bad I have a major crush on Heleyna.....

Sorry this is short guys, I have a huge case of writers block. BUT I have a big idea for the next chapter, it involves mostly Heleyna and Shawn though.

Anyways another reason it took me so long to update was because I was in love with a fanfic called Fool's Gold, It's a Zayn Malik fanfic and it is written by Harrisians  , go and read it, it's amazing.

She also helped me with this chapter so I'm giving her a BIG shoutout.

Anyways guys, as always I love you and I will start writing the next chapter right away.
