SAPNAP POV

"Again?!" 

"Yeah, apparently Karl had a really bad reaction during the meeting with the therapist yesterday and it's better if he stays by himself for a while now so he can calm down, sorry" Bad apologized. It was Sapnap's second day at the mental hospital, and yet again he was denied to meet this Karl guy, either he was really unlucky, or the people here were trying to keep him away.

"How long will he have to stay isolated?" he asked "I'm not sure, his doctor is checking on him constantly and says he's still too jumpy and unstable for you to meet him"

"Can I speak to his doctor?" that caught Bad off guard "You don't believe my words?"

"I do, I just want to hear the detailed version directly from them" Bad smiled, nodding "Understandable, I'll introduce you to her then"

Shortly after, they walked towards Karl room, catching the doctor as soon as it walked out of the patient's room.

"Oh, Bad, what brings you here?" she asked, giving him a bright smile "Hi Angela, this is Sapnap, the-"

"-student who came here to study for his thesis, yeah I know that Bad, do I need to remind you that I'm the one who keeps track of everything around here?" she said sarcastically, going to shake his hand "The name's Angela, nice to meet you" he just hummed in response.

"Now that's not true!" Bad pouted "I keep track of things too!" she lifted an eyebrow "What's the name of the patient in room 81006?" she asked, not receiving an answer "Exactly" she said with a chuckle "You are a good doctor Bad, just not the best when it comes to keep track of rooms and names" she teased, making him blush out of embarrassment.

"T-that's not fair! You have a photographic memory! I don't!" he complained and she just shrugged in response "Sucks to suck"

Sapnap was trying his best to not laugh in front of them, they really reminded him of the arguments his friends would often get involved in, mainly trivial things that they would end up laughing over the next day.

"So, was there a reason for you two to come look for me?" she asked after a while "Oh yeah, Sapnap wanted to ask about Karl's condition, since he wanted to study his case" Bad explained.

"Ah, I see" she turned to look at him "Well, if you want to meet him face to face and talk, then you can give up right now. He hadn't said a single word in over a year now, not to me, not to the therapist, not to the psychiatrist. He just nods or shakes his head, so you better prepare questions to which he can answer with that" she sighed.

"As for the time factor, I would say in about a three days he should be considerably calmer, so try passing by then alright?" he nodded "Thank you for your time"

And with that, Sapnap excused himself, walking back towards the reception to grab the folder of the next patient he was going to study.

'So in three days I'll finally be able to meet this Karl' he grinned 'I can't wait!'
