Charlie's POV
Ivy inspected the display of pins, she looked at the, brass, copper, silver, even gold pins decorated by pearls, emeralds, rubies, some were just bent into a eye catching design, each looked unique and beautiful, something anyone would stop to admire.
I watched and one pin caught my attention.
A hair pin of the material gold, was twisted into a beautiful butterfly design, and in the center was a single pearl.
Ooh— Shiny.
I brushed passed, in front of Ivy, momentarily blocking her view.
I quickly snagged the pin with ease, but she must of noticed it missing from the display as a split second later... Ivy narrowed her brown eyes, and quickly grabbed me by the back of my dark blue vest, Ivy spread out her hand in front of my freckled nose.
"Pin?!" She demanded.
I looked back and forth between the redhead's hand and face.
I sighed, and put the pin into Ivy's hand, and she handed, it to the shop keeper.
What a shame.
"You seem to have dropped that" Ivy said with a smile.
"Thank you" the shopkeeper said eyeing her with suspicion almost no one would have noticed, before placing the pin back on its cushion.
Well! As someone famous —I don't remember their name said— The only failure is to give up! Or something like that. Anyway, point is, I passed by once more and the pin went into the palm of my hand again.
Sadly once more, Ivy, not your average person, noticed, and she grabbed me, before I could escape. This time by the lapel of my beige tunic shirt which I had rolled the sleeves up of.
"Charlie?!" She grumbled.
"Sorry" I said sheepishly, before handing back the pin.
Ivy went back to the shopkeeper.
"I'm sorry it seems this dropped, again"
The shopkeeper was definitely looking at her suspiciously now—Not even bothering to hide it anymore— as he put it once more in its place.
Once more the pin went missing.
"CHARLIE! GiVe Me tHePiN, nNnOWw!" Ivy hissed angrily, and narrowed her eyes at the younger of the two, aka, me.
My eyes widened, this time it wasn't me.
"It wasn't me! Pinkie Promise" I said showing her pinkie finger.
Ivy let go of my collar, which she'd been clutching, she knew how i wouldn't break a promise like that.
"THeNWhOoo?!"
A second later my eyes widened and I opened my mouth.
"Eh, it was probably the suspicious looking boy with the bandanna" I said.
"Who?" Ivy asked confused.
"Oh, you know, the boy with wavy golden blonde hair, mostly covered in a green flat cap, green eyes, pretty short, wearing a spectrum of different shades of green, brown satchel, and brown finger less gloves and boots and a green bandanna around the neck." I paused, a sneaking suspicion creeping into my mind "That Person"
"No, I don't know" ivy said annoyed
"Your loss" I said.
She looked at me annoyed.
