To be honest, I was quite surprised that Seungmin had simply listened to me and let me help him with the video game.

Actually, I had thought that he would throw me off that sofa on the spot but that hadn't been the case.

I have to admit that I enjoyed being close to him and it's not just because he smells damn good. Seungmin always radiated something so warm and that made me feel good.

Well, but I think that feeling was more than just one-sided since Seungmin would probably love to see me dead or pull the fur over my ears to sell it afterwards.

"So what are we going to do?" I leaned against the sofa and looked around.

"I'd be for a movie." suggested Felix and the rest agreed. So Minho logged into his Netflix account and looked through the library.
"This one looks interesting." Minho pointed to a horror movie and I agreed. Felix seemed excited about the idea too only Seungmin made a face and didn't look like he was in the mood for anything scary right now.

"Ahh, that's right. Minnie don't really like scary stuff." Felix explained and Minho nodded in understanding.
"We can watch it for all I care but I'll most likely keep my eyes closed 90% of the time." Seungmin protectively placed a pillow in front of him, bending his knees to his chest to rest his chin on it.

So since he was okay with the movie Minho turned on the movie and as soon as the intro started I felt something move next to me.

Seungmin was snuggled in a blanket like a scared dog and I couldn't help but smile. Now he was no longer the belligerent mutt but a scared little puppy.

"AAAH!" Seungmin cried out in fright and clung right to me as a jumpscare scene was just coming. My eyes traveled down to the intimidated puppy who was clinging to me and almost piercing my arm with his fingers.

Carefully, I freed myself from his grip and put my arm protectively around his shoulders. Surprisingly, he didn't seem to mind and just pressed himself against me even more.

He was scared.

During the movie Seungmin was the only one who got scared every now and then while Minho, Felix and I were just laughing.

I don't know why but I always thought horror movies were pretty funny. People walk into a dark room and yell "is anyone here?" I mean, what do they expect? For the monster to come out of the corner and say, "Oh yeah, it's me. Do you want a sandwich?"

Pretty stupid in my opinion.

After the movie ended we called it a night and wanted to go to bed because we were all pretty tired.

Since it was already late we decided to just spend the night at Minho's place since his parents weren't home for the weekend anyway.

But to our surprise, Seungmin was already asleep and lying with his head on my lap which he put on it during the movie and I just let him do it.

He looked sweet as he lay there so huddled under me. You could really think he was a little puppy.

I carefully stroked his brown hair and looked at him with a small smile on my face.

I felt how my heart began to beat faster in my chest and this time I just let it happen. I just wanted to enjoy this moment without repressing my feelings or pushing them away from me.

"Looks like someone is already sleeping there." Felix pointed at his sleeping friend and Minho started laughing.
"Well, that's going to be hard not to wake up the sleeping puppy now."

I thought for a moment since I would definitely wake Seungmin up if I moved in any way now. Since I definitely didn't want to wake him up I decided to just sleep downstairs with him on the sofa.
"I'll just sleep downstairs on the sofa." I explained to the two of them and Minho eyed me critically.
"Are you sure? It's going to be pretty uncomfortable." he said but I signaled him with a hand signal that it was okay.

I waved to the two before they disappeared up the stairs.

My eyes wandered back to the sleeping boy below me and I couldn't help but play with his hair again. My fingertips gently wrapped around individual strands of hair and then stroked through his brown mane again. He had really silky hair and you really had the feeling that you stroke the fur of a small dog.

Somehow strange, but that's how it felt.

Seungmin looked really cute when he slept and definitely looked more peaceful that way. If he would wake up now I knew exactly that he would become the old biting Seungmin again who would beat me up with a pillow.

But now he was just a sleeping little puppy who had made himself comfortable on my lap.

Carefully, I put my hand around his stomach and lingered there while keeping my hand to my left.

"Good night, Minnie."
