|Third Pov.|
Lost puppy:
After Hyunjin came home from university he went directly to the supermarket because he and Seungmin hardly had anything left at home.
Besides, Seungmin had to prepare an important presentation so he didn't have time to go shopping.
"Kimchi, kimchi..." searching, Hyunjin walked through the supermarket aisles looking for the things Seungmin had written him on a small piece of paper.
"Ah here you are." Hyunjin grabbed two kimchi glasses and placed them in the shopping cart, checking off another item from his shopping list. After packing everything important he went to the checkout and paid for his purchase. Since the supermarket was not far away he walked and carried the shopping bag back to the apartment.
As he walked past the main street and was about to cross the street he suddenly heard quiet straddling coming from the bushes behind him.
Astonished and curious at the same time, the blond-haired boy turned around and saw something coming out of the bushes.
A small black white dog braved out of the bushes and stumbled as it tried to run over the small ledge.
"Who are you?" Cautiously, Hyunjin knelt down to the little dog and set the bag down beside it.The little dog looked up at Hyunjin and immediately he had him captivated with his black googly eyes.
Carefully, the blond-haired boy stroked the stray dog and then looked around to see if perhaps its owner was somewhere nearby.Unfortunately, the little dog didn't have a collar on either and it didn't look like it belonged to anyone.
Carefully, Hyunjin took the little dog in his arms and then grabbed the shopping bag.
"I'll take you home for now." Said the Hyunjin to the little dog who shiveringly snuggled up to his rescuer.
Once home, Hyunjin put the shopping bag down in the hallway, still holding the little dog in his arms.
Together with the dog Hyunjins went into the living room where Seungmin was still sitting and working on his presentation.
"There you a-" Seungmin stopped in mid-sentence when he saw the black/white dog in Hyunjins arms. With wide eyes he eyed his boyfriend and then the dog he was holding.
"Where did you get that?" Seungmin stood up and eyed the little dog who was still snuggled close to Hyunjin's chest.
"Found him on the way home on the main road." Explained the blond-haired boy and Seungmin nodded understandably. When Seungmin went to pet the little dog, it turned its head directly toward him and growled menacingly. Immediately, the brown-haired boy pulled his hand away and looked shocked at the little dog and then at Hyunjin.
"From the looks of it, he doesn't like you." Started the older one laughing while the younger one scowled first at his friend and then at the little dog."So what are you going to do with him now?" Hooked Seungmin and went back to the living room table where his laptop was.
"Keep it?" Hyunjin's statement sounded more like a question and Seungmin looked at him in wonder.
"You seriously want to keep it?" Horrified, Seungmin looked at Hyunjin who was still holding the little dog and gently stroking his head.
"There's plenty of room and Min-su is outside most of the time anyway." Hyunjin explained, then looked down at the little dog.
"Besides, I'd hate to leave him out there alone." He added and then looked at Seungmin who was still eyeing him critically."Pleaseeee." Pleaded Hyunjin to his boyfriend and Seungmin could have sworn that even the dog was looking at him pleadingly, though the latter had just growled at him.
The brown-haired one pushed out his breath in annoyance and then conceded defeat.
"Whatever." He muttered and Hyunjin squealed and the black and white dog also let out a joyful bark."We still need a name for you." Talked Hyunjin to the dog as he slowly lowered him to the ground.
There was a short silence until Hyunjin came up with a name idea.
"KKami!"He looked to Seungmin and he nodded in agreement.
"How do you like the name." Hyunjin bent down to KKami and he just looked at him with his black googly eyes that made Hyunjin melt.
In the corner of his eye, the blond haired one could see the jealous looks of his boyfriend and grinned at him.
"Are you a little jealous?""Of a dog?!" The younger looked at him indignantly and then turned away in a huff while Hyunjin came up to Seungmin laughing.
"My heart belongs only to you." He pressed a kiss to the younger's cheek which elicited a small smile from Seungmin. But when suddenly a loud crack was heard, they both stood up and looked to the shelf where Kkami had just pulled out something.
Immediately, Seungmin jumped up and ran over to the little dog who just had one of his favorite Day6 CDs in his mouth.
"Give that back right now!" Before Seungmin could snatch the CD from Kkami, the dog was already running away and the brown-haired boy chased the dog around the apartment, cursing. The little dog fled into Hyunjin's arms, still carrying the CD which Hyunjin carefully took away from him.
Seungmin stopped in front of the two, breathing heavily, and scowled at the dog which growled softly at him.
Annoyed, he snatched the CD from Hyunjin's hand and looked at it with a sad expression on his face.
"That was my favorite CD." Murmured the younger and then sighed heavily.Hyunjin scratched the back of his neck and put Kkami back down.
"I'll get you a new one." Comfortingly, the older put his hand on Seungmin's shoulder but he put the CD back on the shelf with a sigh."Where are you Kkami!" Out of nowhere, Seungmin ran off, Hyunjin close on his heels.
"Just leave him alone!" The blond-haired boy called after him but he didn't even think about it.That day, not only a ferret but also a small black/white dog made Seungmin's life hell.
